This home is located on top of the world in the Brautovich Park area. We call this home Rim Trail and Relax as it is located steps away from the regionally famous and well maintained Tahoe Rim Trail. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can sleep 8 people. Another plus is that this home is very economical and it’s also pet friendly. This home does not have a fenced yard, so please remember to keep your pups on a leash. At the dining room table, you have seating for 4 plus 2 at the bar. For the bedrooms, you have 3 queen size beds plus a sofa bed in the living room. You have a nice sized deck located in the front of the house to relax at also. This home is only 10 minutes to casinos, skiing at Heavenly Resort and nearby beaches.

08/30/2020We had a nice stay at this property. The ladies at the check-in office were friendly and professional. They gave us the welcome gifts of wine, coffee and tea; and answered our questions. The home has plenty of room for a small group of people to live in, and the two full bathrooms were a major advantage for that. The mattress in the master bedroom is quite comfortable, however, the mattresses in the other two rooms are extremely firm and killed our backs to sleep on. I highly recommend that the owner/Lake Tahoe Accommodations replace these mattresses. The property is located up on the mountainside away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and other tourists below. It was very pleasant to enjoy meals on the front porch in this peaceful and quiet neighborhood. All of the other expected amenities functioned well. Just beware of the hot water taps as the water is very hot. We were able to use the garage to park our vehicle, which was a great plus. However, the garage door took us a while to figure out how to close and wasted a little bit of our time. Future vacationers will enjoy the freshly repaved road up to the property. The city was repaving it during our stay which caused us some delays, but were not the fault of LTA. Overall, we felt safe and were pleased to stay in this cute getaway home with quick access down to the lake.

07/14/2020Cute older home. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Short driving distance to shopping and lake and walking trail. The house was clean. Our only complaint was that the beds were a little too firm for our tast. We liked the enclosed front deck for our dog however the gates need to be fixed to open easier. Lake Tahoe Accommodations representative was very nice and helpful.
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerThanks for letting us know about the gates on the deck. They've been adjusted and should open easier now.

06/08/2020Our family were very pleased with the property. It was clean, well stocked with all needed supplies, Dog friendly, and provided a convenient drive to both South Tahoe lake, and to the Nevada side of the mountains down the "207" (only 10 minutes). We had very good internet connections, and a large selection of TV options with Direct TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others. A wonderful walking trail was just across the street, that is a section of the 170 mile trail that circles the Lake, and the surrounding forest. Ease walk every Morning of about 2 miles under a beautiful canopy of mature pines and cedars, with views of the lake below. We had a very pleasant 5 day stay. 05/29/2020Spending time with my grandchildren and daughter in this luscious little jewel at 8500 ft above sea level, was pure delight. Having a three bedroom house just steps away from the Pacific Rim Trail well decorated and clean, was wonderful. The photographs we saw ahead of time paled in comparison to the actuality of this perfect family home. Over the years we have stayed in cabins and some hotels but this allowed us to just be ourselves and enjoy the simple things in life. We'd like to thank the owner for making it so cozy.
