Lake Tahoe Accommodations provided first class assistance and communication from initial contact, to check-in through checkout. At check-in I was provided with a list of restaurants and things to do along with personal recommendations. While the property itself is in need of updating, it was clean and reasonably well equipped. The location of the property was perfect and Incline Village and Lake Tahoe are truly beautiful. I will return to Incline Village and my first choice will be Lake Tahoe Accommodations.

We rented this unit for two nights end of July 2023 and were very happy with the location and how clean and organized the unit was. Its walking distance to the lake and the walking path that takes you to Sand Harbor which is a 2.5 mile distance away. We will definitely use this accommodation in the future and highly recommend it.

We highly recommend Lake Tahoe Accommodations!! All interactions with the rental agency professionals were warm, friendly and helpful. So appreciated their smiles and extra tips regarding finding the property, local food recommendations and activities, and the clearly spelled out paperwork. The property we stayed at was absolutely immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. The bed was superbly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and landscaping gorgeous. The location felt private, but was within walking distance of Lake Tahoe, trailheads and Incline Village's business area. Simply put, they have created a perfect place to land for travelers to this pristine location. Will most definitely rent with them again!

The property was very well situated in Incline Village, close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean and furnished very comfortably. It was well insulated and warm with a community pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, glasses, plates and everything you would to cook a meal for a group..I liked the selection of TV channels. The fireplace worked well and the bed was extremely comfy. I have no complaints and I will book it again.

Property was perfect size for us, an older couple, and the complex was delightful - very quiet. We do wish the skimpy deck had been larger so we could sit and eat outside. Very comfy king bed. Terrible lighting throughout, however!!! Place felt way too dark even mid-day.

Thanks for your feedback.  There are lots of light fixtures in this condo, but maybe we need to increase the wattage of the bulbs.  I'll send our maintenance guy out to have a look.

Lake Tahoe Accommodations provided us with a lovely little condo that is walking distance to the Incline Village Beaches and the new East Lake paved trail for cycling. It was very quiet as it was tucked into a very nice, high-end neighborhood. The price and value was just right. There were some new kitchen remodeling, but the rest of the decor was dated. Nevertheless, we would come back for the value of the place

The place was very clean and tidy. Recommended. Pricey though, with the final cleaning, taxes, prices etc I could have stayed at the Hyatt beach apartments. Other than that, was really nice. There are no USB ports in the apartment to charge iphones and ipads, so be prepared.

So glad you enjoyed your stay.  You were here over Martin Luther King weekend where the rates are at a premium.  For lower rates, check non holidays, spring, fall and midweek.  Those are also times when you will find Lake Tahoe to be less crowded.  I will make sure the owner hears about your request for USB ports.  That's something easy they can provide for future guests.

The property was exactly as pictured online. It was clean and well organized. There was ample fresh linens. A fair amount of paper products and other essentials were in the home (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap). The property is located within walking distance to a Starbucks and Raley's. Our family especially enjoyed the heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The cable television and free Wifi were especially nice on lazy days spent at the property. We were surprised at how quiet it was at night and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open. The staff were professional and helpful, even when we called after hours. Our family intends to rent this property again for future vacations in the Incline Village area. The private beach located within walking distance was nice; we were taken aback by the fee per person ($12 per adult & $4 per child per day). The closest public beach is approx 10-15 minutes by car.

The property was a wonderful surprise at all levels. Clean and pleasant with extra light bulbs to replace any that burned out. Paddle boarding and sunset catamaran cruising across from the Hyatt were readily accessible. A delightful surprise was the swim pool and mini-fitness center on site which apparently is a well kept secret. We never encountered other users when we visited. Terrific all around!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We've rented it numerous times in the past as well. Very comfortable and we love that there is a small washer and dryer for our use. The complex is quiet and we find it enjoyable to watch the stellar jays and chipmunks run around.

Really nice. We expected it to be tired-looking, but were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Beautiful, quiet location. Only a block from the beach, and a block or two from grocery stores and restaurants.
