The property was very well situated in Incline Village, close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean and furnished very comfortably. It was well insulated and warm with a community pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, glasses, plates and everything you would to cook a meal for a group..I liked the selection of TV channels. The fireplace worked well and the bed was extremely comfy. I have no complaints and I will book it again.

Property was perfect size for us, an older couple, and the complex was delightful - very quiet. We do wish the skimpy deck had been larger so we could sit and eat outside. Very comfy king bed. Terrible lighting throughout, however!!! Place felt way too dark even mid-day.Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness Owner
Thanks for your feedback. There are lots of light fixtures in this condo, but maybe we need to increase the wattage of the bulbs. I'll send our maintenance guy out to have a look.

Great place, great location. Customer service was top notch. Definitely a place to stay.

Lake Tahoe Accommodations provided us with a lovely little condo that is walking distance to the Incline Village Beaches and the new East Lake paved trail for cycling. It was very quiet as it was tucked into a very nice, high-end neighborhood. The price and value was just right. There were some new kitchen remodeling, but the rest of the decor was dated. Nevertheless, we would come back for the value of the place

The place was very clean and tidy. Recommended. Pricey though, with the final cleaning, taxes, prices etc I could have stayed at the Hyatt beach apartments. Other than that, was really nice. There are no USB ports in the apartment to charge iphones and ipads, so be prepared.Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness Owner
So glad you enjoyed your stay. You were here over Martin Luther King weekend where the rates are at a premium. For lower rates, check non holidays, spring, fall and midweek. Those are also times when you will find Lake Tahoe to be less crowded. I will make sure the owner hears about your request for USB ports. That's something easy they can provide for future guests.

It’s a good place to stay for your skiing trip, which has a good location and very close to beaches. Also we enjoyed the bottle of wine they provided as the gift on the Christmas Eve. Thank you!

We truly enjoy and appreciate this particular unit. Thanks for updating the bed and adding the nightstands on both sides. We appreciate every detail, including the coasters and placemats. Great Job and Thank You so much! Thanks for the wine also.

This condo was wonderful! It was warm, inviting, cozy and had every amenity we could ask for. Definitely worth what we paid to stay. Looking forward to visiting again the next time we need some time away!

The property was exactly as pictured online. It was clean and well organized. There was ample fresh linens. A fair amount of paper products and other essentials were in the home (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap). The property is located within walking distance to a Starbucks and Raley's. Our family especially enjoyed the heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The cable television and free Wifi were especially nice on lazy days spent at the property. We were surprised at how quiet it was at night and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open. The staff were professional and helpful, even when we called after hours. Our family intends to rent this property again for future vacations in the Incline Village area. The private beach located within walking distance was nice; we were taken aback by the fee per person ($12 per adult & $4 per child per day). The closest public beach is approx 10-15 minutes by car.

Very convenient local walking distance to the lake and walking distance to local places.

We spent 3 days in this vacation house during the Memorial Day Holiday. It is a good house with convenience location, clean and safe environment. We loved it very much. Will plan to be back in winter.
Nikki - Woodside, CA
The property was a wonderful surprise at all levels. Clean and pleasant with extra light bulbs to replace any that burned out. Paddle boarding and sunset catamaran cruising across from the Hyatt were readily accessible. A delightful surprise was the swim pool and mini-fitness center on site which apparently is a well kept secret. We never encountered other users when we visited. Terrific all around!

We rented this unit twice (2010 and 2012) and we enjoyed our stay on both occasions. Good location, quiet and clean.

Loved the condo. Great location, quiet, clean. Will stay there again. Only recommendation for improvement would be to add wireless access.

We had a great 4th of July getaway. Everyone we came in contact with from your company was great. We hope to make this an annual trip and hope to rent from you each time we come to the area.
Sue - Martinez, CA
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We've rented it numerous times in the past as well. Very comfortable and we love that there is a small washer and dryer for our use. The complex is quiet and we find it enjoyable to watch the stellar jays and chipmunks run around.
Julie - Palo Alto, CA
Really nice. We expected it to be tired-looking, but were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Beautiful, quiet location. Only a block from the beach, and a block or two from grocery stores and restaurants.
