We had a terrific stay at this roomy Incline Village condo! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room being warmed by the fireplace. It's very conveniently located near a good grocery store, Diamond Peak, and Mt. Rose ski areas. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the condo was on a quiet cul-de-sac which made it easy to take them for short walks. The staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations were really helpful, welcoming and were in good communication with us about our rental. We would rent with them again!

Had a wonderful stay at the property. There was plenty of space and everything we possibly could have needed at our fingertips. The location was very peaceful and convenient. All interactions with Lake Tahoe Accommodations were timely and courteous. The only thing that was disappointing was the condition of the condo carpet - it was quite stained and had a lot of wear and tear in certain areas. I would definitely recommend the carpet be replaced.

The upside was it's in a great location with quiet surroundings. Property is well maintained and close to restaurants, grocery store, Starbucks and activities. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening although it was a fairly small area. The downside is the condo was in need of some upgrades due to it's age, plus the oven was out of commission, but we were made aware of that upon check-in. With the warmer outside temps we needed to ask that the fan/blower on the fireplace be turned off as it added hot air to the living area. They responded that same day which was greatly appreciated. Overall stay was pleasant as it was a reunion with friends. Staff was very personable and responsive, and the nice bottle of wine received upon check-in was a nice touch. Thank you L.T.A. for the ease of renting this property.

We have stayed at this condo twice and it feels like our own. The location is great, our Golden has a "yard to play fetch in and we can walk in so many directions. We used the snow shoe area at Mt. Rose many times and Bentley our 10 year old Golden thoroughly enjoyed the freedom. On return from outdoor play, we had a cozy, comfortable home away from home where we could cook at our leisure and relax. We will return.

This is our second time staying at this property, and we hope to continue going back. It's a cozy cabin for a family (and pet!) with all the basics, plenty of space and really great customer service from Lake Tahoe Accommodations who make us feel at home. We also like the location being so central to local shops, restaurants and Raley's market.

Our family of four stayed for four nights in Feb 2021. The space was perfect for hanging out, games and watching TV. The kitchen table was large, and the chairs and the couch was comfortable. TV was great. Wifi was pretty good though when my kids were on zoom school, my husband and I purposefully didn't use our devices so they could have maximum speed. Beds were comfortable, but the sheets were not high quality, which seemed incongruent with the nice mattress. Towels were fluffy and very nice. Loved having the washer/drier available. Kitchen had almost everything we needed - couldn't find a baking sheet for our frozen pizza. Plenty of dishware and glasses. We struggled with the hot water - kept turning it up. We only took two showers at a time - two people showered in the morning, and two people showered at night. The second person always ran out of hot water. Even on the days that the first person hadn't washed hair. I reported to LTA and they said they'd look into it. Plenty of "yard" around the back for snow play for my kids. Parking was great. The complex was very quiet. We walked to the little grocery store to the west of the condo - really nice little store. We would definitely stay at this condo again hopefully with enough hot water next time.

In a time of unimaginable and untenable worry, anxiety and, yes, fear...it was with a sense of rebellion (CA was on a stay at home order for a good reason) and feeling a pressing need to get away that we gathered our immediate household including, of course, our 9 year old Golden Retriever and safely drove to Incline Village Nevada. With the help of VRBO and Lake Tahoe Accommodations we rented a lovely, warm and cozy condominium where we could enjoy Swiss fondue on New Years Eve relaxed and free from worry about exposing ourselves or others to harm. The location of our condominium was very convenient to everything we needed or wanted. Our dog had a great place to catch a frisbee just outside our door in the back. Drives to Mount Rose, Diamond Peak, Reno, Tahoe City and our favorite snow play place (Sugar Pines park near Tahoma) made fun available and safe. In the evenings we had a great TV to watch while we safely cooked and ate in a well stocked kitchen and comfortable dining area. The fireplace heated the comfortable living room before retiring to soft welcoming beds. The whole area was so quiet we felt like the only residents. All of our needs were taken care of. The staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations warmly greeted us with wine, chocolate and doggie treats and an assurance that if we needed anything the office was completely available and willing to help. This vacation was one of the most relaxing we have had. We will keep Lake Tahoe Accommodations as our #1 source for those needed escapes to beautiful Incline Village and Lake Tahoe. Thank You

This condo is located in a great location with so much near by to do. We golfed, hiked, and biked during our weekend stay. Grocery stores were near as well as a variety of restaurants.

This was the second time we've rented this property and it was great! Easy access to the community of Incline Village, nice and big and well-stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for adding the plush bed topper on the master bedroom, it's super soft and cozy. We love bringing our 2 little doggies with us, and it is nice that you allow pets. Check in and out was easy, and the welcome gifts are fabulous. This is a great unit for families with kids and pets. We have recommended this rental to our friends and will rent again!

We had a great experience renting with Lake Tahoe Accommodations. The actual rental process was easy and seamless. The staff who helped us during week of our stay were very helpful and personalized our experience. The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family (and dog!), with comfortable beds/chairs throughout, basics in the kitchen and the easiest gas fireplace we've ever used! It's centrally located in Incline, easy to get to restaurants and the lake. Would highly recommend it!

This was a great place to stay. We did arrive after hours and the Incline Office was closed.  We called the 800 number and got a live person who gave us lockbox instructions to get our keys.  Other than that the place was very clean and lovely. It is close to “the Meadows” where we were able to drive to and snow shoe and cross country ski. It’s also close to Northstar ski area. Lake Tahoe was just a block or so away. The kitchen was well stocked except for coffee filters, so we used a paper towel our first morning :) (I left some coffee filters there for the next person) I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing property that exceeded our expectations. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor, and a bathroom of a great size that can be shared between them. 2nd floor offers a large living space, open plan that connect with the dining space and the kitchen - photos don't give it justice, it is wonderful. On that floor there is also a large bedroom, bathroom, small restroom and a huge walk-in. House was amazingly clean and very well equipped - with plenty of cutlery, pots and pans, plates, cooking utensils - you can find whatever you need at the property. The management team was beyond helpful, professional and wonderful to deal with. Laura was a rockstar, answering all of our questions, waiting for us when we were running late to check-in, and just generally being a lovely person to liaise with. I would definitely go back!

I love Incline Village. We had a house there growing up so it's a bit like home to me. Tahoe Accommodations were friendly and helpful. The property we rented was super clean and quiet. They provided passes for beach access which was great. I am already booking our week in Tahoe next summer with Lake Tahoe Accommodations. I highly recommend.

I really appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations. The condo we rented was suitable for our needs, a little dated, but very clean. We found the twin beds a little small (small rooms) and a little old, but satisfactory. The condo was located centrally and convenient in that respect. I would use this rental service again, in a heart beat!

It is a good choice to live in this unit for three days. It is near the restaurant and Northstar Ski Center. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils. I love it. Will definitely come back next time.

We had a blast and the condo was great! More than enough room for all of us. Kitchen was loaded with cookware and dishes which is a plus for us. Washer and dryer on site no dirty clothes for trip home. Only negative is that the air conditioning did not work and we had a few unseasonably warm days other wise a great deal and we'll worth it!

Good value for the 3 bedroom condo, plus sofa bed. Clean, fully stocked of all you need for housewares. Price great for right in middle of summer to boot. Plus nice to be in Incline, versus Kings Beach, for us. Spacious living and dining space. Double twins in bottom floor bedrooms great for kids, not adults. Master bedroom very nice with full bathroom. Sleeper sofa is bad, so don't count on a great mattress. Would do this again for sure for the great value.

Location was perfect! Just 10 minutes from Diamond Peak and 5 minuets from Santa's Village where went to a delicious pizza & pasta dinner! The only thing I would upgrade is to a condo with a hot tub. After a long day skiing (and falling) a nice soak in a hot tub would have felt wonderful. All in all, I would return the accommodations were just fine. (they include a bottle of wine and a nice tote bag!)
