The home has an upstairs living plan with a living room, wet bar, kitchen, private dining room and study all with views. The mid-level is all the bedrooms, the master suite, and 2 other bathrooms. Downstairs you will find the game room with a beautiful pool table, huge sauna, card table, 70" flat-screen TVs, and more! One of a kind... absolutely! You are going to love this home! ***Please note: This home is located on a steep street and we recommend that you have chains and/or 4-wheel drive in the winter.*
Douglas County requires all renters to display parking passes on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards
may result in a citation and a fine of $500.
This house is equipped with outdoor video/audio cameras that are utilized for security. These cameras in no way infringe upon guest's privacy and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively.

01/03/2023This house was beautiful and location was nice. Great view of the lake and plenty of room for 10 guests. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Plenty of firewood. My family loved it especially my kids. They loved playing in the snow in the front yard. Special thanks to the staff at Lake Tahoe accommodations for the welcome gifts and for quickly responding to my texts. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!!

08/16/2022We had a great times with friends, mainly most of us are adults. The location within Lake Tahoe is closed by gas station, market and other restaurants. However, it is within 5-7 mins of driving to get to the nearest lake or beach. The property is clean, quiet, huge even for just 7 of us. Nothing more I could compare to is the lakeview at the balcony/patio where we spent all of our evening eating dinner at. It is awesome time during August where outside balcony is not hot not cold and it is perfect. However, few things I would recommend the owner are each bedroom the glass door curtain is too thin where more sun shine through the eyes. We had try to use bath towel to block the early sun so we can sleep a few more hours in the morning. Other than that it was an overall best experience we had and we will come back again. Thanks!

02/10/2021The house was lovely, big clean, with everything you need. The most important thing is the amazing view of the lake! Each room overlooks the blue lake. On the ground floor there is billiards and a sauna with a large TV, on the second bedroom and on the third floor there is a kitchen with a large dining room and a living room, There is also an exit to the balcony with a barbecue. Nice people work in the office who will answer all your questions 24 hours. It was a chic vacation in this house. Would recommend and will charmingly return.

01/01/2021We had an excellent Christmas in this beautiful home. It was roomy and well stocked with anything you could’ve needed. The game room and sauna were a special bonus. The best feature was the VIEW of the lake! Nearly every window has an amazing view. Thank you to Lake Tahoe Accommodations for superb friendly service. The Richardson Family will definitely be back!
