Many good things about this property from its very convent location (Could walk to many of the lake activities we did, places to eat etc), great customer service, very clean house, and a well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we found missing was hand soap and one text message later that was resolved with soap being dropped off in a couple of hours. The only house content issue we had was that the sheets and blankets were of fairly low quality given the price point - we expected something a little nicer. Two structural issues worth being aware of. We were there in summer, and the A/C only covers the first floor, which has two bedrooms. The 2nd level with the kitchen remains hot and the loft above it with the remaining bedroom area very very hot until it gets late enough to cool down outside and you can use fans to pull in the cool air. We needed all the beds and for kids who need to get to bed this delayed bedtime by much more than we would have liked. Second, parking is a pain. There are several close parking areas but they were almost always full, and we often had to park a several-minute walk away and then navigate the very twisty paths to find the house again (this was a weekend but not a holiday one). All in all, a good place but be aware of the A/C issue if you are coming in the summer.

Very nice property in a condo area, It's a one minute walk to the sandy beach, and a 5 minutes drive to Heavenly Ski Resort. The upstairs areas are spacious with dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools. The downstairs sleeping quarter is nice and quiet. There is even a loft above the living area that can sleep a few more people/kids. The one thing missing was a wine cork opener. Luckily, Lake Tahoe Accommodations provided a bottle of wine that does not require an opener. We bought a wine bottle opener and left it there. Will definitely not hesitate to book this condo again.

Great location, just a short stroll to the beautiful sandy beach. You pass the resort pool on the way! Home was perfect space for our group of seven. We made several meals in home and had plenty of space to relax. So many businesses within a 1/2 mile, CVS, liquor store, Italian restaurant, breakfast restaurant and shopping center at the marina, beautiful stroll along the beach. Boat cruise pulls out of this marina and water rentals as well.

Was in the most amazing location, close to beaches, clubs and stores! Would 100% recommend, especially to large groups. The employees were so attentive and the condo itself is incredible, most importantly identical to the pictures.

We had such a great time. Everyone was so nice understandable at the checking office and friendly. There where only a few inconvenient during our stay such as not enough bags for the trash, to be able to change them when there were full. Also when cooking the smell would travel down to the rooms. Also the rooms would get so hot at night and to change temperature we have to go upstairs to change it. Other than that it was we had such a great stay.

The vacation condo was in a great location, an easy walk west to the pool, beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The space was perfect for our family with two bedrooms on the ground level, and extra beds in the loft. The condo was just what we needed for a few summer days at Lake Tahoe.
