- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
- House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties/events
- Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ with a valid photo ID, a credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a signed VHR Good Neighbor Contract
- Compliance: Guests may be fined for noise violations or exceeding occupancy/parking limits
