Immaculate condo. Receptive, extremely pleasant rental company. There were two issues that I really don’t believe can be remedied: First, with the exception of Sand Harbor, there is no beach access to Incline Village beaches…they are “private, for owners, only.” Guests are not afforded the courtesy of having beach access. Secondly, the stairs in the condo are very steep, so if anyone has any issues with ambulation, it’s difficult. We chose Incline because of the ready access to the Sand Harbor Shakespeare festival. We also attended the Lake Tahoe Symphony (which was wonderful), and the Brubeck concerts, as well. Despite the availability of all the cultural offerings, we will return to the West Shore for ready beach access, and our choice of restaurants on the shores of Lake Tahoe.

We really enjoyed our stay at unit #153. It was super comfortable and cozy, just what we wanted. We liked the decor and it was easy to get to as well. I think it needs a good cleaning in places like under the coaches and beds, etc., as there was some dog hair/dust. Also, it doesn't get live TV channels for local news, as it's Live TV was through another service, so they were delayed re-broadcasts for place like the Bay Area and even Chicago, but we couldn't find the local ABC, CBS/etc. stations and news. Other than that, it was great! Thanks!

The staff were friendly and attentive. Our unit was very nice, especially the living floor. We were missing any fans in the unit and staff delivered several that night due to heat index. In the morning we noticed there was no coffee maker. Again, the staff was attentive and ended up purchasing one and delivering so we would have it for the next morning. Location is good for Incline.

The unit itself was great. Clean, comfortable and pretty much as described. The condo complex however, needs some love. The parking lot needs new striping, and the staircase from the parking lot needs repair.

We loved this property! Everything has been freshly remodeled and most of the furniture appears new. It was clean and tasteful and stocked with anything we needed. Also, practically walking distance to Diamond Peak. Would definitely come back!!

Beautifully remodeled end-unit condo in quiet complex just minutes from Diamond Peak. Unit is clean, thoughtfully well-stocked and comfortable with everything a traveling family would need (they even had spare dog bowls!). We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. The LTA staff were professional, readily available and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back soon.

My family and I recently stayed at the property and were very happy with the place. Well stocked kitchen and linens, enough bath towels for everyone. Perfectly located, clean and quiet. Managment staff very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend the property and Lake Tahoe Accomodations with confidence.

My family enjoyed our vacation, found the home to be cozy and charming with the decor. Was nice to have access to the private beaches that were very close to the home. I plan to use Lake Tahoe Accommodations for future vacation rentals.

The place was great! Perfect for two families! We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. And the washer and dryer is a total plus. We were up there for a basketball tournament and it was great to be able to wash the girls uniforms between games.

First of all, this is such a beautiful and cozy condo; it has everything we need. It's so close to shopping and dining. The best part is that when we get into the condo, we saw the racks for hanging wet clothes next to the door and the heater is right under the racks, and then we could wear dry and warm jackets next morning. What a great design! Second, the agents of Lake Tahoe Accommodations are so friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend renting condos or vacation homes from them. They will find you a perfect fit!

We enjoyed our stay in this townhome. The downstairs bathrooms are beautiful! The pool was very nice for the grandsons. Be aware of the stairs and the open area to the staircase on the 'living' floor. We took baby gates and a portable playpen that opens up to provide protection for our little ones.
