It's nice townhouse located close to Diamond Peak ski resort, around 7 min drive. Perfect for our skiing trip. The house turned out to be pretty spacey with two stories, more than many rentals we have before. The whole second story has plenty room for 10 people gathering together. The house can allow 6/7 people to sleep in though. The furnitures are very stylish but are clean and well organized, which is all we care about. The neighborhood is quiet.

Just as described, a spacious, clean two-level unit with comfortable beds, a large kitchen, and two dining areas. The decor is old school but you have two modern Roku TVs and reliable high-speed internet. The bunk beds are each roomy (full size) and surprisingly comfortable. The best convenience is that the lower entry level is where the three bedrooms are located; so no lugging suitcases up stairs. You are located in a great tree-filled neighborhood and the property is walking distance to the grocery store, waterfront park and coffeehouse. The local rental representatives were responsive, extremely helpful, and friendly.

This unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and airy. Nice views of an open area. The appliances all worked well. It is in easy walking distance of both the bike/walking path to the south and the restaurants/stores to the north. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have a garage that kept the car a bit cleaner than being left outdoors.

This was even better than I expected, much bigger, more spacious, everything was just great, well-maintained, clean, quiet location, beautiful area, etc. Plus, the gift bag was such a nice touch. I felt very much at home and I have already recommended it to someone....

This condo is placed in an ideal location. Close to the walking path near the lake where you can view some beautiful homes (most seem to be unoccupied). Close to locally owned shops, a coffee shop, and some nice restaurants. The condo is in need of some upgrades but we have been renting this unit thru Lake Tahoe Accommodations for several years now. The employees are very nice and always ready to help. I hope this does not get posted because we don't want too many potential clients taking our spot :). Anyway, we have already booked in for next year. Thank you Lake Tahoe Accommodations L@J Hoy

The staff were friendly and helpful--5*'s for them! They allowed us to check in early, and informed us the day prior to check-in that we would be allowed an early check-in. We appreciated that! The condo itself is quite spacious and comfortable. We knew in advance, because of other reviews, that the furniture, wallpaper, bedspreads, etc. would be outdated, so we were not surprised. Although dated, the place was clean. The location is superb! If we had wanted to walk down to the shops or to the grocery store, we could easily have done so. We were just a couple of miles away from the East Shore Trail, and that was absolutely special! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans, dishes, etc. We were only two people, but we had everything we needed. For those who are going to be out skiing and doing outdoor activities, this is a great place, reasonably priced and comfortable. If you are going to be in the condo with several people, I would suggest asking for extra blankets and spoons. There is adequate seating space for a group or family. We would definitely recommend this condo!

We have been using Lake Tahoe Accommodations for 5 years now to make reservations to stay at Incline Village at Lake Tahoe. The staff at both the Incline office and the South Shore office are absolutely wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, always happy to see us, helpful in every way and actually remember us at every visit. We have stayed at two of their units over the past 5 years and have enjoyed both locations. The first unit was pristine but further away from the action at Incline This property is located within walking distance for whatever you want to do. This property is not as pristine as the first but they are making every effort to urge the owners to make some needed upgrades. Although because of the location, some of this is worth overlooking. We have already reserved this unit for next year and looking forward to visiting again. Again, you cannot find better staff people nor better customer service. I give Lake Tahoe Accommodations 10 stars out of 10. Thank you LTA. L&J Hoy

We were surprised to learn that we could not access the Incline Village beaches during our rental, the company offered a future discount to compensate for this. Very spacious and conveniently located rental. The home and furnishings are outdated, but it is appropriately advertised and reasonably priced. Please provide a bathmat for the master bathroom.

This is our second year to stay for 10 days in this unit and I would recommend it to any one with a large family. It is very spacious and we will stay in it again next year. Staff is very friendly and responds immediately to any needs we may have regarding the unit during our stay. We have been staying in LTA properties since 1976 during our annual vacation in Tahoe and we plan on many more.

We had a wonderful first-time stay at Lake Tahoe during the week before Christmas. The property was spacious and comfortable. The furniture was a bit old, but not uncomfortable. The kitchen was well equipped (lots of dishes/glasses/cups for all needs). Check in/out were efficient, with very helpful receptionists. We had two 7-8-year-old girls in the party. It was easy to keep them entertained by going sledding (there was a large sled in the garage of the unit) and skating at the North Star resort nearby. We left with a strong desire to repeat the trip sometime soon.

Awesome property, dated interior. Felt like we stepped into the set of that 70's show. I am amazed some of the furniture and appliances lasted this long. i'm also amazed that no one has passed out from staring at the wall paper in the bathrooms. BUT, we loved staying here. it was a great location, and perfect size for us. a short walk to the bowling alley and a couple streets down from some pretty good restaurants. The enclosed garage and gas BBQ grill were nice bonuses. the bedrooms could use a little better lighting, but overall a good rental.

Loved this place! Spacious, great location, quiet and close to the lake. Little stuffy at first but once we got all the windows opened - it felt better. Mattresses are pretty stiff for our taste - we usually bring foam pads with us or sleep on top of more blankets for padding. Can't wait to stay here again.

Wonderful accommodation in a great Incline Village location! Surrounded by towering pines, the snowy landscape was beautiful, and it was an easy walk from our condo, both to the lake shore, the Hyatt Resort Casino Hotel and its excellent restaurant, the Lone Eagle Grille, as well as a nearby shopping center with a fabulous supermarket, souvenir shop and other stores. The condominium was very clean and attractive, and accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably. The price was quite reasonable and the management staff very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Lake Tahoe Accommodations to anyone wanting to experience the natural beauty of area, while staying in a very pleasant, home-away-from home accommodation.

We stayed here 4 nights and had a very nice time. It was quiet, clean -good location and pretty much what the website depicted. The only problem was with the TV-DVD, the office sent a nice repair guy the next morning who really knew what he was doing and resolved the problem. I would stay here again.

Had a very nice stay at this place, found the place well stocked in every room. Very impressed as even the bunk bed mattresses were very comfortable, not soft , not hard but just right. Also, loved the location, very convenient. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We recently spent a week in Tahoe. This condo comfortably slept 5 adults and 4 young kids and was very nicely equipped, especially the kitchen. It has a washer and dryer in the unit - a big plus if you are packing light or have small kids. We especially liked the access to the local beaches. We would very much recommend this location and this unit, especially if you are considering accommodating two small families vacationing together as we were. The only bad thing about our trip was that is was not long enough. We also felt like we were given lots of information and a very hospitable welcome by Lake Tahoe Accommodations! In short, we had a fantastic time.

The place itself was wonderful. However, the pool was further away than we expected. It's a downhill walk there, but uphill post swim. It's also rather small for the amount of people using it. No lap swimming possible. Other than that, the place was great. Well stocked kitchen for any cook. Wide open plan. Loved it.

Place was very clean and spacious! There were some minor issues, but otherwise a great place. Recommend bringing some tupperware, spices/cooking oils/condiments/etc., ziploc plastic bags....kitchen utensils/necessities are basic. Very close to several beaches with a little hike back up the hill and walking distance to Starbucks/stores! Would stay again for sure!

The fireplace was good, although it was difficult to keep the fire going. We noted the presence of the barbecue, although it was not a good time to use it (March). Cable TV available along with the DVD player - good that we brought along our own DVD's. We also had our own internet service, which was not available in the condo, but that was expected. The customer service was excellent. The lady who helped us upon our arrival was very nice. 2nd time we've used them and will use them again. They were prompt in sending a plumber over for a problem we had too. There were a limited amount of pots and pans, but it was manageable. Wish the bathrooms were better stocked with toilet paper and tissues.
