We loved this property! We’ve been coming to Incline Village since we were kids and now that our children are adults we appreciate a property with several bedrooms and space to spread out. The condo is clean, updated and in a quiet area. It’s close the everything that we love to do during our annual trips such as the beaches, bowling, mini golf and boat tours. Lake Tahoe Accommodations has always been wonderful to work with in the 5 years we have rented through them. (The only thing we would change about the property is that it doesn’t have an actual coffee table or a washer/dryer and those things are important to us.)

We loved this place! We came for spring break in March 2023 , and stayed at this wonderful home and skied at our favorite Mt. Rose. It’s a great house, clean, comfortable, very well equipped with everything I could think of and many more, roomy and warm. Comfy mattresses, nice bedding, upscale appliances and stylish design in bathrooms and throughout the house really made it luxurious and pleasant. The complimentary Sojo cleaning kits for bathroom and kitchen made us very welcomed. The parking for the house and loading areas are very close and well cleaned from the snow. The location is great for getting on the road to ski resorts, grocery store and public beach. We got the key from the office, which is close, and Sylvia assisted us with our check in and helped with all our needs. She also treated us with a bottle of wine and made us feel very valuable guests. My family had a great time at this property and we loved every moment of being there.

We appreciated the service by Lake Tahoe Accommodations. The rental was clean and enjoyable. We were unable to lock the sliding glass door out to the front porch.

Quiet, clean and convenient unit with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Upstairs shower is a little small. Nice condo, would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condominium. The unit was clean and ready to use upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking. Also, the property in located close to several take-out restaurants which we often frequented. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels . The walking/bike path is only a 1/2 block away and an easy walk to the Hyatt casino and bike ride to Sand Harbor.

Very spacious and well kept home which was perfect for our family of four. Very close to the beach and plenty of dining options around. Kitchen is very well equipped. You can see a sliver of the lake from front porch and upstairs window. All in all happy with our mini ski getaway.

This was our first time renting a condo and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The accommodations were perfect for all of us. The condo was exactly as they described it, the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. It was peaceful and relaxing. So much better than hotel life!

We enjoyed our stay w/ Lake Tahoe Accommodations! We were located in a condo close to the lake for a great price! Also, the condo was equip with all that we needed and plenty of beds for our 6 guests. The check in and out process was easy as could be. Would highly recommend staying with this company again! Plus Lake Tahoe was gorgeous as usual!

The condo was very comfortable and spacious and very clean.. If you are a senior citizen and have trouble going up stairs, to get to the 2,3, and 4th bedroom there are two sets of stairs (of course its good exercise). There is a Master bedroom with a bathroom on the main floor which was great! But other than that, a great place to stay and so close to everything.

We’ve rented this property for the past 2 summers and really enjoy it! It’s close to Incline Beaches (you have access but still need to pay a $12-$15 fee per person), it’s very clean and comfortable, and has a wonderful pool at the complex. The whirlpool/spa is good... but be aware no child under 7yrs. may use it. We’d rent again, but just hope that the kitchen cookware is updated (older Teflon pans) and that someday there might be a small outdoor grill at the unit. We used the complex’s small grill in a picnic area last year, but they aren’t kept up and we just didn’t bother this year. This unit is also very quiet and all of the people we’ve met are very friendly! The staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations is amazing and so helpful!!

This was the perfect condo. From the front porch you could see Lake Tahoe. The private beach pass was wonderful. Burnt cedar beach and Incline beach were both under a mile. Less than a mile from Starbucks too. The beaches are free after 8pm so you can watch the sunset in the summer! In addition to the great location the condo was perfect. Lots of room. Kitchen is a tad small but completely do-able! We shopped at Raley's and cooked dinner! Beds were pretty comfortable with the first floor being the most comfortable. And the pool at the condo was wonderful. It was hardly busy, they have a sauna and hot tub, comfy chairs and the pool is warm!

Great place! Bigger than it looks in the pictures. Plus, most of the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors so you can have people go to bed while others stay up without disturbing them. Parking lot was a general lot instead of assigned, which I appreciated because in the past the Tahoe "two car" parking has ended up being a tandem spot in an inconvenient place. Tip: use the 5g network instead of the regular, the passwords are the same.

The condo was great and clean! It is in a very convenient location -walkable to the Incline beaches or a short drive to restaurants. It offered nice amenities like lots of towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

The property was clean well maintained. Great location. Very accurate description of the property. The only complaint we had was the mattresses were too bouncy. Ever time your bed partner moved or turned over you felt it on your side of the bed. Maybe memory foam mattresses without box springs would be better. Otherwise every thing was perfect and I definitely would recommend this property.

Condo was older like 70's retro but it was very clean and very comfortable. Lots of stairs with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was ok and tv was ok. This is a great condo for a family vacation. The beach is walking distance and is private for nearby condos. Lots of parking and perfect for a summer or winter vacation. We will definitely keep this property info for a future vacation.
