This 2 bedroom plus a loft and 2 bathroom condo is located on the Nevada side of South Lake Tahoe. If you are looking for a condo close to Heavenly, Tahoe Olympic would be perfect for you since you can hop on the shuttle. This condo is within minutes to Heavenly Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach. Heavenly Resort is about 10 minutes away. You can also take advantage of the complex amenities which include: year around hot tub and summer community pool. Another plus is this condo has a private 2 person sauna. You will be 10 minutes to casinos and nearby beaches. This condo has been fully remodeled from top to bottom and you have Carson Valley views from the master bedroom deck.

Kingsbury Grade beauty! - Nice, France
08/01/2022Recommend property, as a nice place for family, especially where you need separate sleeping quarters. The property is listed as 2+ BDR/2 bath with a full loft supporting 2 twin beds and a double bed. The property is very clean, and has a very nice supply of dishes, glasses, cookware, small kitchen appliances and all in good shape! The property is quiet and neighbors appear to be aware that we are all sharing the complex and are very considerate. The property also supports a community pool w/jacuzzi (nice for late summer afternoon cool off) and is located close to grocery stores, shops, et al. My strong suggestion for the property rental for summer is a ceiling fan for the loft. Tho the property has several floor fans, but since the property was not opened up prior to our arrival, it took a full 24 hrs to cool the loft area. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again, asking the Property Rental Agency to open the windows and start fans prior to our arrival during the warm summer months. Thank you for a great visit to Lake Tahoe while attending my niece's amazingly gorgeous wedding in same area!

I hope it will help you to know that the owner just purchased a portable A/C unit for the loft. This will help make everything much more comfortable in the summer months.

08/01/2022Great place to escape to!! Super clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood made our stay very relaxing. We stayed for the week and having a full kitchen was great for meals so we didn't have to eat out everyday. I would recommend bringing a fan for the loft because it became extremely hot and the fans provided were not strong enough to blow the air around. Great location for a summer stay; I would be scared to drive the winding roads and elevation up to the cabin when it snows. Less than 10 minutes to the casino and our favorite Nevada Beach. The Lucky Beaver next to Harrah's Casino became their favorite hangout and being open 24 hours with a full bar and full menu was an amazing option to have. We were lucky enough to be able to get a late checkout.

03/01/2021I really enjoyed our stay. The unit is in a great location and we had most everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Upgraded kitchen and bathroom were really nice. Only complaint would be that some additional basic kitchen cooking items be available. We didn't have a cookie sheet and didn't have a proper skillet. We improvised and made it work however with the addition of those items then maybe a few silicon spatulas and spoons for cooking the stay would have been absolutely perfect. There were plenty of silverware and plates and glasses though. I would come back and stay in the same unit again, We really enjoyed our time in Lake Tahoe.

07/06/2020Loved the upgraded and clean kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you would need. All appliances functioned well. Loved the sauna. Loft and 2 bedrooms worked well for us as a family of five. Loft overlooking the living room was also very convenient. Couches need to be either cleaned or replaced. Loft windows should be opened from time to time so the loft can be aerated. Be aware that there’s construction going on in the neighborhood. Great customer service from Lake Tahoe Accommodations. Overall, we made the best use of this property and stayed happy and positive.

03/08/2019Fantastic condo perched on top of the mountain. Plenty of sleeping room for our 2 families. Kitchen well stocked with pretty much everything we needed so cooked at the house for most meals. Would definitely stay here again, in winter as it's location between Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges makes is great for avoiding the morning and afternoon ski traffic at Heavenly. We loved it!

02/02/2019I booked this rental fairly last minute for my birthday. Because of the storms we've had, I knew I'd be in Tahoe later than I wanted to be, but they arranged for me to pick up my keys from a lock box so I could get into my condo and relax. When I went to check in later in my stay, I spoke with Dave who was fantastic. He even called us to make sure we made it okay, and to let us know what days looked best for snowboarding. Check out was a breeze, all they ask you to do is clean the dishes and return the keys on time. I had a wonderful time, the condo was clean, and even better than the pictures, and my friends all enjoyed it as well. recommend to everyone I know, and will book all my bigger trips through them.
