We just completed a week at this lovely home in S. Lake Tahoe. It was just as we expected (we expect a lot!) The house looks exactly as the photos! Loved the layout! Roomy living area, dining, kitchen. Amazingly equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious. We had 8 adults and 4 children. There was room and comfort for everyone. The kids LOVED the bunk room! Other highlights were having our own dock. We live near the beach, but being able to jump off a dock was a new experience! Not having a sandy beach area, due to how high the lake was, was a downer for Grammie (me) but it didn't hinder anyone else's water fun. Every night we watched the sunset from the lovely grassy backyard. If I had to be nit picky and criticize anything, it would be that the WiFi was slow (but we had it!) and I think the dock and steps leading to it need refinishing. But truly, that is really reaching to try to find anything for improvement. Oh! The location is perfect, next to Eldorado Beach & within walking distance of several great restaurants. Highly recommend Revive and Sprouts! I highly recommend this property and this rental service. Tahoe Accommodations is very organized!

This is an awesome house. Rented it for the 2nd time. Has everything that you need to make your trip perfect. We did a lot of cooking, kitchen had all that we needed to cook some awesome meals. The kids enjoyed the boat dock and hot tub. We will be back next year.

We had a great time at the CYH1281 property for Thanksgiving 2016. Large group of us stayed there and really enjoyed it. The view of Lake Tahoe is amazing. The location of the house is excellent – near the food stores, near the casinos. The kitchen is huge and we used every inch! Impeccable clean. It is totally furnished with pots, pans, plates, silverware, wine glasses, everything. The Jacuzzi was used night and day. The electronics were all working fine. Internet and cable TV were great. The various furnishings were clean and well cared for. The design is simple but quite elegant. Thank you so much! ItÂÂ's an excellent space and we felt totally comfortable, even pampered. Things to improve on: The dishwasher cycle seemed to last for hours. My dream: With up to 14 staying there, I wish that there were 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators! Lake Tahoe Accommodations did a fine job with arranging for this wonderful visit.

Sounds like an amazing holiday weekend! We love the feedback! Just so future guests are aware, this home actually has 2 refrigerators. The main big one, and a beverage center to the left of the sink. The dishwasher is also very new and is extra quiet. The new, energy efficient machines take more time, but actually use less water and power and are usually quieter. We are recommending that guests plan to run a load at night so they will wake up to clean dishes in the morning.

This home looked and felt like it belonged in Lake Tahoe. Dark wood outside and cozy cabin feeling inside added to how well in fit into the landscape. The fireplace and comfortable leather couches in the large great room created a perfect place for relaxing conversation while looking at the lake through all the large windows. You could tell the house was owned by a family the loves and cares about it.

As a child I use to visit Lake Tahoe for a week each summer. My extended family would usually rent a large home and all stay together. Since then, everyone has grown up and apart geographically. For my wedding I really wanted to recreate that family experience in Tahoe. I choose this house because of its large kitchen, large living room and view of the lake. The house worked out wonderfully. It was more than large enough for for out 9 adults and 2 kids. There were still 3 bunk beds unused and a trundle that we never pulled out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view was amazing. This house is a little over 1 mile from the casinos. Close enough to have easy access but far enough to be a little removed from the crowds. I would highly recommend this home for any family or group of friends that are looking for a great place to enjoy each other and everything that South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Because my sister is handicapped and my 90 year old mother has limited mobility, we needed a house with a couple of bedrooms on the lower level. We also knew that we were going to spend most days at home. This house was perfect for us. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, nice back yard. Beautiful Lake view. Just what we wanted. We are the happy guests that finished our vacation this morning! We loved everything about this house! There were 12 of us including 4 kids, and a few dogs, and the house was perfect for us all! The kids loved the room with the bunk beds, and for meals they sat on the barstools, while the adults sat at the table. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook a fancy prime rib dinner! The location of the house was perfect too, right on the water, within walking distance to several eateries and homemade ice cream, and a short drive to the tennis courts and the casinos! We loved the view from the backyard and spent a lot of time sitting outside as the weather was perfect! Even got to listen to the live music on Thursday night and did a little hot tubbing! The kids played in the water ALL DAY LONG, as did the dogs!!! The adults had fun too as they rented some Stand-up Paddle boards, a kayak and a pedal boat! We were sorry it all had to come to an end, but just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed the house!

Our group of 7 guys in our late 60s, friends from college, has rented this house overlooking Lake Tahoe for more than 10 years. We have always enjoyed our experience at the house that is a perfect size for us. It has an outstanding view of the lake looking mostly northerly w/views of both the CA & NV sides of the lake. We had views of some very beautiful sunsets.The furnishings are very good, the kitchen is more than adequate, the TV & sound system worked well, and it was a very comfortable place to live for a week.

House was great,over all, but need to update exterior lake pictures, water is very low and pictures can be misleading. Great kitchen, we had the whole family in and around prepping and cooking, well stocked with every appliance and utensils. Good location, walking distance to parks, shops and eateries. Downstairs guest bathroom a little too dark, needs maybe lighter paint and better lighting, but other baths were larger and lighter. Nice open downstairs, for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped or cluttered. Beds were fine and plenty of bath linens.

A wonderful home! The view of the lake was even nicer than I expected after seeing the pictures posted of the property! Nice surprise! Perfect place for a big family! Loved the layout and the kitchen was fantastic! Really the only negative, which wasn't a big deal at all is it is a bit dated decor wise.....but who cares...everything else is great! Also very clean and well supplied with towels etc. Will definitely go back!

We decided to rent a home in Lake Tahoe to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Home is in a great location. Just a 5 to 10 minute drive to all the major attractions (boat, jet ski rentals, Heavenly ski resort, bike rentals and fishing pond.. The home is has old Tahoe charm, very comfortable for a large family. The were minor things that needed to be fixed in the home but everything was very clean. The stairs down to the beach/water we to steep for my 70 year old parents, but El Derado Beach just to around the corner from the home. I would highly recommend this home, we can wait to make the trip again. Thank you Lake Tahoe Accommodations for all your help!

The kitchen was equipped beyond any dream! Nice fireplace in the main living room. The staff was not aware of what was in the kitchen- there were many spices and others that we didn't need to bring. We had a great time and definitely would recommend this place.

We have rented on Lakeview Dr. before but not this house. The lake front view never disappoints and this house will be a repeat for us. The house is so spacious making it easy to have lots of people in the kitchen, around the table, hanging out next to the tv or in the backyard. We have never rented a house that was so equipped with supplies. The kitchen was filled with more than the essentials. The many extra bathroom towels was fantastic and a first for us. We could walk two minutes to El Dorado Beach and all the activities they offered. The office was available 24/7 which was great since we messed up the tv remote and they talked us through the problem. We will be back!

It's the perfect setting for a beautiful vacation. Conveniently located right on the Lake, you won't have to drive far to go anywhere around Tahoe. Casinos, golf courses, shops, the Lake (of course), hiking trails, and more are all a stone's throw away. I wouldn't necessarily classify this as "luxury" per se because the property has an old, rustic feel to it. Nothing is really luxurious about it in the modern sense of the word, but it is still an awesome property. I would recommend this for a family vacation because of the space (lots of rooms), the common areas are great for playing games and having dinner, and the location.

Location Location Location made this property awesome! Summer to be outside on the lake it was fabulous! The house could use some TLC, carpet old, couches old and torn. But we just put covers over the couches and enjoyed being outside on the large deck and at the waterfront! It was beautiful! Couldn't ask for a better place. We will rent again! Location Location Location! It was perfect for a summer rent!

If you are looking for a luxurious lakeside property for your next vacation this is not the place. If you are looking for the best lakeside value in all of Tahoe then this is the place! Nothing fancy but everything you need for a relaxing and purposeful vacation. Backyard view and dock really make the lakeshore experience worthwhile. Have stayed here about 4 or 5 times in the past with extended family and probably will rent again in the future.

We are a group of sixty-something easterners and have been renting properties in South Lake Tahoe for over 20 years through Tahoe Accommodations. We have been pleased w/ the places to which we have been directed. The current house overlooking the Lake is outstanding. It is large enough for our group of seven guys and has a well-equipped kitchen for us to cook all our meals, because we have some talented cooks and would rather cook in than eat out in the local restaurants. The location is close to downtown, and the views across the Lake are excellent. It is pricey, but sleeps the seven of us easily, so we recommend it to others.

The property was right on the lake and morning coffee in the hot tub watching the sun light up the lake was incredible. The house is very comfortable and set up for kids as well as adults. Nothing fancy, just a good space for lots of family and friends. Your own dock is fun to have in the summer.

The house was a fantastic place to stay, right on the lake. Watching the sun rise over the lake while enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the dock was unforgettable. The furnishings and atmosphere was comfortable, not luxurious, so great for families with children.

House overall was very nice. We stayed in early Aug for one week. We had two families in our group with a total of 5 children (2-8 years old). The house was well equipped including a very full kitchen. House could easily have fit another family. We enjoyed the lake view, the hot tub and what was key to us, the beach front access. Beach was only 3-4 feet of sand but was fine for the kids. Only negatives is the house is on a busier street but not an issue if you spend the time on the lake :) and the street seems to be going under some renovation. Also we had a racoon under the house one night that kept us up, but hard to blame the house for that.

This place was great. Amazing views and right on the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub right on the lake and the lawn out back was quite relaxing. Only about a $10 taxi to the Casinos. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lakefront house. Very spacious. Just an FYI, the water level at the dock was only about a foot deep. A+

We rented the home for Kathy's birthday. Made it a family and friends reunion, and the house was perfect. Large kitchen and dining area, wonderful family room, and ample bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the views and proximity to the Casino's. We also took advantage of the sauna and jacuzzi in the master bath. That is a terrific master bath. The hot-tub is a nice amenity as well. It's located in the very scenic backyard.All told, the house is perfect for 10-12. The only negative we noticed was parking. We were able to park six vehicles, however, it does require planning.Having a beautiful home on the Lake to share with family and friends is the thing that dreams are made of, and staying here will give you the opportunity to create many fond memories.

House is wonderful, large and great place for family and friends. Only thing that is needed is a buoy - very important in the low lake summer. There was no where to tie the boat and jet ski. Had to rig something up. Other than that - no complaints!

The best part of the whole place was the kitchen as it was nice and big. Plenty of room for us all to move around in. Awesome kitchen. The overall rest of the house needs some updates in furniture both inside and out. I would recommend this property to people who aren't planning on making the highlight of visiting Tahoe by staying in. The house was clean but needs updating. Customer service was excellent, Mavis was really wonderful and nice! Thank you Mavis!

This property was absolutely amazing! Location was perfect, the morning views of the lake basin were inspiring from the boat dock. This house has plenty of room for all your friends, the hot tub is a tranquil bonus.There are a few places to grab food within walking distance & it is only a 5 minute drive to the main lodge at Heavenly.No problems getting cabs to this locale as it is very "close in" (not far from Casinos, restaurants, and shopping).This kitchen was big enough to cater a small wedding! Book this property for your larger gatherings of friends and everyone will be stoked!

This home is great for large groups. The house was clean and very well supplied in all respects. The kitchen has anything and everything a gourmet cook would want or need. Much time is spent in the kitchen/diining room area with the big table, bar stools and counters, a great gathering spot. I would higly recommend the property. It sits above the lake and has a great view. It is conveniently located to the casino sector, ski areas, and good restaurants. We very much enjoyed ourselves in this home.
