Great service, Great location and great place to stay

This was a perfect location for the wedding we attended on Lakeshore. The Pros - clean, unit is close to the parking lot, plenty of seating in the family room for 8 people, all appliances worked well, location, the issue we had with a broken shower head was fixed quickly! Response was immediate. The cons - outdated, shower on the second floor is very small, steep stairs to the third floor, no TVs in the bedrooms on the second floor, those bedrooms are also a little tight on space. For a quick weekend with 8 people it was perfect. I don't know if I would stay longer than that with a full house. The value for the location was great. We for sure will return!

We had a lovely stay - Tahoe Accomodations communicated very well and were prompt when we needed something (once needed trash bags.) The space was not roomy but cozy and nice feeling. The kitchen was very well stocked. Would stay here again.

The only issue is that we didn’t actually have a BBQ and the common areas looked way bigger in the pictures, but we enjoyed our staying anyway and everything was comfortable for 10 people.

Very nice condo. Not enough hot water for 7 people though. Need a tankless water heater or stagger showers. We had fun snowshoeing near Diamond Peak. Very close to Truckee and Northstar resort. Sledding was fun too. Good restaurants nearby and bowling. Went to the community center to workout,swim and play basketball. Close enough to walk to the beach and hike all over the area. Overall, it was a great experience and we had fun.

We were very pleased with our rental at Forest Pines. The location was excellent-easy walking distance to the lake and to nearby shopping. The condo was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We enjoyed our stay at Forest Pines and will consider staying there on our next trip to Lake Tahoe.

The place was great! Clean, everything well equipped and in good working order, quiet and roomy. The location was perfect and the Lake Tahoe Accommodations staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our only suggestion would be to get firmer mattresses for the top bedroom (2 twins). They would be great for kids, but they were way too soft for the two adults in our party who stayed in that room. Still a wonderful place! We'd go back in a flash!

Other reviews summed up place pretty accurately. overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the nice service of the management office. pros: location, access to grocery and gas and Diamond Peak, tri-level bedrooms allowed for our littlest one to be away from all the downstairs noise, large dining room table accommodated a large group, great water pressure from shower heads, HD TV and On Demand Cable an added bonus too, well-stocked kitchen, ample parking cons: kitchen too small, counter space very little for cooking for large group, which we did quite often, sofas seemed a bit outdated, dining chairs were like director chairs with cushion so they weren't very comfortable. Overall, a great location and place.

The property was large for a multi-generational family gathering, luckily one of the bedrooms was on the ground floor with the kitchen and living room as the stairs are steep and narrow, straight up to the second and third floors. The unit was clean and maintenance issues were addressed promptly by the management company when brought to their attention. Beaches and restaurants are nearby. A car makes it easier to take advantage of activities around the lake and for those who are not used to exertion at altitude. I would use the company again, the staff was very responsive and an emergency number was available 24/7 for after hours issues.

Great location for all North Shore activities. Unit was comfortable but showing some age. The clothes dryer needs to be replaced. The unit was mostly clean but the bathroom rugs had not been cleaned and they needed it. Forest Pines is a very nice development and we found the pool, hot tub and common facilities a great place for the kids.
