PANORAMIC LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS!
This lovely Tahoe Condo Townhouse offers a top-of-the-world experience with breathtaking views. Ideal for up to six guests, it is just a few minutes drive from the Heavenly Ski area and 4 miles from the casinos or the beaches of Lake Tahoe.
Each bedroom features a bath with a whirlpool tub. The fully equipped kitchen provides dining for six, plus a bar that seats two and a TV. The cozy living room boasts a wood-burning rock fireplace and a 42' HD TV with over 100 channels. For your entertainment, the property includes a video library, books, and games.
The condo spans five levels with multiple decks, including one with a private hot tub and a barbecue. Although there is a 100-yard walkway from the parking lot to the unit, the stunning setting and views are worth the short walk. Wireless internet is provided throughout the property.
Additionally, there is a game room with foosball, a Wii gaming system, and a TV. This room has a private entrance separate from the condo and may not be available during heavy snow periods. Please note that four-wheel drive, chains, or snow tires are required during winter months.
The responsible guest must be at least 25 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.

01/10/2023A great spot to stay. The trek from the car was a bit long considering all the snow we got the week we were there. The views from all the rooms are amazing. It never got old. The hot tub was used plenty and enjoyed regardless of the weather. We only found the games room half way through the stay. So if you have younger ones make sure they get straight down their via the outside stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped. The neighbours were very friendly and helpful especially when cars had to be dug out of the snow. We would definitely stay again.

11/12/2022Absolutely beautiful views from this spacious and very comfortable home. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Each room has a balcony with views. We very much enjoyed this home that is in quiet community. We ware looking forward to our next stay. Thank you!

06/26/2022The views are wonderful from every window. The unit was clean and well equipped. There are great trails near by, East Shore Trail and Castle Rock Trail. This rental is not so good for people with mobility problems. There are five stories and the kitchen is the top, plus a long trek from your car.

06/13/2022This condo is a beautiful multilevel unit on the top of a ridge. Literally unobstructed views of the Lake or into NV from every room. Throw in a hot tub to soak in while watching the sunsets and you're in for relaxation gold. Kids loved the bears den play room. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen has all the equipment you need, but plan on bringing your own spices and supplies, which brings us to the downsides: stairs and walkways. It's a bit of walk from the car to the condo: be prepared for multiple trips that take time. And get ready to climb stairs.

08/20/2021Every review mentions the views because they are AMAZING! The home is clean, cozy and well appointed. With each room on its own floor with its own deck, there’s plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub is a great place to watch the sunset over the lake. Easy drives to hiking, shopping and restaurants. Lisa at Tahoe Accommodations was so helpful with check-in and offering recommendations.

01/19/2021Beyond Gorgeous View where you are at! The house is beautiful and the kitchen is newly updated compared to the pictures on VRBO. Definitely recommend it because of the view! The layout of the house was a little different with all the stairs but the view made up for it and the hot tub with the view! Did I say the view was absolutely amazing haha :) you had to park a little ways away so I do recommend bringing a pull cart or wagon to use for all your stuff! Other than that the rooms were perfect and very spacious and they each had their own full bathroom! Very Nice!! Definitely will be going back!

12/08/2020This a well maintained and semi private location. It is well appointed and very comfortable with good beds and plenty of the comforts of home. The view is something you have to see to believe and every direction you look is like a postcard. The location is in easy distance relative to town or your next excursion. There are plenty of stores to stock your favorite groceries and the kitchen is adequate to feed all your group. I would caution you to try to get there before dark because the way to the parking lot is awkward given the terrain, also finding the correct walkway to the condo is a little hard to see in the dark even though the path is numbered (in the dark it is not apparent). This place is a great value. The staff is very accommodating and attentive to helping you be comfortable giving you guidance as to events and things to do in the area.

08/31/2020Took my wife up for her birthday week and we were both very happy with our stay. The views are literally unbeatable, very easy to get to town, and plenty spacious. Would absolutely stay again!

04/15/2020This was an amazing place to stay. The views were wonderful. The hot tub was a nice added touch. Perfect for 2 small families to share. The only thing I would say is the beds could be replaced for a more comfortable nights sleep. Totally recommend this place. Thanks, Melissa
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerSo glad you had a great time. We've shared your comments with the owner so they can consider replacing the mattresses.

09/27/2019This was the second time that we rented this property. We love being at the summit on Kingsbury Grade because of the views of the lake and the Minden/Gardnerville Valley. The house is well appointed with lots to make it a comfortable place for a family or a group of friends. Kids will enjoy counting the bears in the house and the game room. Adults will enjoy the views and the piano in the living area. Home is stocked with games, travel books and is only about 30 minutes from Sand Harbor, 10 minutes from Stateline, South Tahoe and 15 minutes from Zephyr Cove. We had a 6 point buck out side of our window 3 mornings out of 5. And by the way, the folks at Lake Tahoe Accommodations are great! We used them at least 5 times.

08/15/2019This was my family’s second year staying at the property. It’s quite lovely. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the views were just as I remembered, BREATH TAKING!! My daughters played the piano every day we were there. The elevation can make you winded, so I suggest taking a break going up each flight of stairs. We ended up having to leave a day early due to a plumbing issue on the property, but overall we had a great time! Look forward to next years visit!
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerThanks for your patience regarding the plumbing issue. We look forward to seeing you next year!

07/17/2019Loved the views and was very comfortable . Bringing luggage up the ramp and stairs is challenging . Did not know property was attached to another unit but privacy was not an issue. Wish it had a half bath but design does not make that possible. Loved the place and would rent again.

03/31/2019Great place professionally managed. The place itself is spacious, quiet and well kept with a hot tub upfront. The views from the front and top floor are amazing!

01/09/2018The house had beautiful views and accommodated all of our needs our only complaint would be the walk between the parking lot and the house. We had a lot of luggage for the week so many trips back and forth at the beginning of our trip and the end.

08/02/2017VIEWS!!! This place is all about the VIEWS!!! The property is situated in a very unique location with panoramic views of the lake on one side, and a birds-eye view of Nevada's Gardnerville/Minden city lights on the other side. We could have spent the entire day just sitting on that deck overlooking the lake and the trees. Open up the sliders on both sides (and all levels) and feel the crisp Tahoe air blowing through. Speaking of levels, there are 5: Bed-1; Bed-2; Living/Family room; Bed-3; and then Kitchen/Dining on the top level. Each bedroom level has a bathroom. Lots of stairs but what a great way to get exercise without even trying. Actually there is one level even lower than Bed-1... called "the bear cave". We never made it into that room but allegedly it contains games (Nintendo Wii) and other entertaining things for kids/teens/etc. The place was clean and except for one screen door that kept coming off the tracks and a few light bulbs that needed to be replaced, the place was in fairly good shape. The only downside to this place is the very long walk from the parking area as other reviewers have reported. We drove up from L.A. so we brought quite a bit with us. But once the unloading was done, the long walk was mostly forgotten. About 1/4mile further in on Tramway is the Fox & Hound... a friendly bar with good drinks and decent food at a fair price, with a small "village" grocery store next door. Saves from having to schlep down 207 for everything. The hot tub was a nice bonus - used it 6 out of 7 nights - and it was very private. The whole week we were there and the nearest neighbor is far enough away that the loudest noise we heard all week was the squawk of a blue jay. And finally, the Piece de Resistance... a baby grand piano overlooking the trees and lake. Left me breathless! We'll be back :)

06/23/2016We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Our kids (5 & 12) loved the condo so much and felt right at home. The spa was wonderful and the view of the lake absolutely amazing! Everything was clean and well cared for. We preferred it so much more than a hotel. The beds in the main bedrooms were so comfortable! We had home cooked meals after days spent down by the lake. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room on the comfy reclining couches for movie night. I would recommend this property for sure. Great family memories.

06/09/2015Loved the property. Having both Nevada and lake views was incredible. The lake view in particular was spectacular and it did not take too long to forget about work and all the things we left behind for the week. The hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. Baths were upgraded and very nice. And the property overall was furnished and decorated very nicely by the owners. Oh, having a baby grand piano was also a nice surprise although we were out so much we did not have a chance to play it too much. Did take a while to get used to the split level (5 level) nature of the property as well as the longer walk in from the parking area. And the driveway is rather steep (but easily handled by our 2WD sedan). Lake Tahoe Accommodations told us what to look for from the driveway to the walkway lights to the hot tub so we were well prepared. We also liked the location - just North of Stateline and up the Kingsbury grade. The property is at the top of the grade with both Nevada and California views and just a short drive to the Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges (Heavenly Valley Ski Resort). Just about 10-15 minutes South to Stateline/South Lake Tahoe and 35-40 minutes North to Incline Village. Overall, loved the property and the views and would stay there again.

08/13/2014Rustic Luxury! What makes the drive up the mountain from Heavenly and the walk up the near 30 step from the parking lot worth the effort, are the unobstructed sunrise views of Carson Valley, and the spectacular sunset views over Lake Tahoe! Our family visited in summer. Outside of the house, the location affords you beaches, shopping, hiking, restaurants, casinos, and more. Down one side of the mountain is Heavenly, down the other side is Carson City, where we saw the Governor's mansion, and found a Trader Joe's. Inside the townhouse are 6 levels of rustic luxury. The kids didn't spend much time in the game room, because there was so much to do in the main house. Besides sunsets in the hot tub or during dinner, we enjoyed so many amenities. Every bathroom has a whirlpool tub, which was relaxing. The Bose systems in the dining room, master bedroom, and living room were impressive, especially when viewing a movie. We played board games and listened to some of the CDs. We really made ourselves at home, and even cooked a few meals. It was a nice touch to have shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, hair dryers, and paper towels available for us. The townhouse was clean and well stocked with towels, dishwashing liquid, washing detergent, and great wifi. My daughter and I actually counted all of the bear-related items in the home, making it a scavenger hunt. The first day we arrived was unusually hot, and there's no air conditioning, but the fans helped, and it cooled down the next day. The downsides were the many levels (not ideal for older people), no powder room (each bedroom had its own bathroom), walking up equivalent of two flights of stairs with luggage to get to the home, and it's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but as long as you're healthy, I would say it's totally worth the effort! Just for the sunsets!

04/29/2014My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. The extra steps to get to this house were well worth the trip. With beautiful views of the Lake, Mountains and the Carson Valley, our morning coffee and evening glass of wine were extra special. Every amenity was available (even though we didn't make use of the hot tub or gameroom). It's location was prefect no matter if you wanted; beach, fine dining, Stateline fun or solitude (as we did). Just try and count the bears in the house!

04/02/2013This is a nice clean condo. This is good if you have teenagers. It has a separate game room that has playstation, not in the condo (downstairs) Not so good for grandparents. A bit of a walk from the car, and the tri-level lay out up and down stairs. We had fun.

09/03/2009Property had beautiful views, and all the amenities ( Hot Tub outside, washer/dryer ). The property was a little dated, but clean and comfortable, and certainly adequate for a nice vacation. Parking was a little far from entrance, but not too bad. Overall, would rent again.

04/02/2009We very much enjoyed our stay, arranged through Lake Tahoe Accommodations. This property was exactly what we had expected. It was clean and well maintained. The views were incredible. We were told that we would like this property because it is at the top of the mountain, and it truly is on the top of the mountain. We spent evenings relaxing in the hot-tub out on the deck. The kitchen is a level above and open to the great room, which lends well to visiting while cooking. I definitely recommend this property. We have already discussed our next trip to the area, and we will make arrangements to stay here again.

08/13/2008This is a pretty fun place to spend an extended Lake Tahoe weekend! We had 3 couples and it was a blast. Has a great view of the lake fireworks on the 4th of July, and is a very quick drive or cab ride from the southshore casinos and shopping. You could see the lake from the hot tub, which was great for our nightcap. Spacious kitchen and dining room was nice. Every room has it's own bathroom, and that's always a plus. Make sure you get there with some daylight, because it was hard to find at night. One of the rooms only had bunk beds, so the couple that draws the short straw is out of luck. All in all I would definitely go here again, and recommend it.
