What an absolutely wonderful vacation rental located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This large home features a game room with pool table and flat screen TV, large living room with 42" flat screen TV and gas fireplace, gas grill, and a wonderful spacious kitchen with Corian counter tops and stylish tile floors! The split level home has 3 bedrooms upstairs. The huge master suite has a queen-sized bed and trundle bed (2 singles), and a private master bath with claw-foot tub. Also upstairs is a queen and a king bedroom and full bath. On the mid level is the kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room for 8, comfy living room, double bedroom, and full bathroom. Downstairs you'll find the pool table! This is perfect for large groups and the location is perfect as well! Just minutes from beaches and casinos and only 5-10 minutes to skiing at Heavenly! PLEASE NOTE: There are several short staircases in this split-level home. There is no access to any bedroom without using some stairs. VRP# 14-817

07/19/2021This home is great for large families. Everyone has their own personal space to congregate. We especially liked the family room in the lower level with the hot tub, pool table and dining/bistro tables to play games on. Bedrooms were spacious and two of the bedrooms we ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked to cook anything you wanted (groceries not included of course). We stayed when the temperatures were abnormally hot and the home did not have AC. However the management made sure that we had plenty of fans for each bedroom and living area which made it comfortable enough. During the day you will definitely want to make that time away from the home and eat out so as to not heat the home. Open all the windows around 6 and it cools down enough to hang at the house. We brought our own boat to enjoy on the lake but we did not see on the contract that recreational vehicles were not allowed on the property. So heads up peeps. So thankful that the garage was large and we were able to store it inside out of view from the residents otherwise it was $100+/day to slip it at a marina. It was also great to have a place to store with our mountain bikes and corn hole boards (I don't know if they were considered recreational.) We did not use the patio or back yard as it was unkept and cobwebs were on the legs of the lounge chairs. Overall we enjoyed the home.

05/25/2017This house was great! I was with a party of 6 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having the hot tub inside was awesome because we didn't have to be out in the freezing outdoors. We would definitely stay here again. Very spacious and clean!

They provided two towels per person, TP, garbage bags and paper towels (which are underrated amenities). We also received a bottle of wine, tea and coffee upon check in which was a lovely surprise :). The indoor hot tub/game room was perfect because we didn't have to exit into the single-digit weather. The only complaint is the stove is a little outdated and difficult to cook for a large party but we made it work. We will definitely be back, thank you!!

The only thing that would of made this house complete for me would of been a TV in the three up stairs bedrooms or at least the master room and more channels. Only about ten minutes to casino by car and nice neighborhood. Tried to order pizza but no one delivered to that area. We had all the needed amenities to make it a wonderful stay. Washed out clothes and dried when needed and cooked in a very stocked kitchen. Rate a 9
