Great location!! Great value. Bring firewood in the winter. A little disappointed with the kitchen; only six forks for a house that sleeps eight. I had to go buy plastic forks before we could eat dinner. And only ONE wine glass!! That was a bummer! Sleeps eight very comfortably and a great place with kids!

This unit is very comfortable and can easily sleep 10. It's convenient to both Kings Beach and Incline Village in a quiet condo development. It's a short 4-minute drive to Safeway and Kings Beach restaurants. The unit was a little difficult to find at first but the provided map helped and once you've found it, it's a breeze. The unit could use a little updating and the kitchen supplies are plentiful and pans could be newer but it's all functional and not a big issue. Wifi worked well if you want to stay connected and Verizon cell service was very good. The teenage boys really liked having their own space in the loft and the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable with convenient washer/dryer. The Lake Tahoe Accommodations staff was great with communications throughout the booking process and stay. I would recommend this property for its location and it's large enough to sleep 10 and short drives to Kings Beach and Incline Village.

Customer was nice, got my bottle of wine. :) I got there before sunrise and was hard for me to see the numbers. But once the sun was out place was nice made me feel comfortable, pretty strict but is for everybody’s convenience. Just minutes away from Starbucks, groceries Safeway, car washes, not many fast food restaurants close by but Taco Bell. Carson City is about an hour away. The pool is steps away, place was cozy and clean my kids loved the third floor. Bunk beds and spiral stair case :D

This condo was great for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. It's in a good location near the parking lot and pool and it was especially nice to have a place to park my dad's boat. Nice bedding and towels. Would stay here again.

This is our 2nd year at this condo, the location is GREAT for the pool! The condo is adequate, nothing updated or modern but it serves it's purpose. 2 Bedrooms & bathroom downstairs. Living area, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen middle floor, and Loft area sleeps 4.

Three floor living areas - bathrooms on ground and 2nd floors. Kitchen on 2nd floor. Cleanliness was ok, ammenities were good, parking good. Sleeping room for nine, not ten unless couch adjacent to kitchen is ok to you. Dinning table is a bit small for the nine sleeping spaces. Kitchen is narrow, so -not too many cooks can operate together. Beds are fine, nice grille on outside porch. Nicely quiet. Wood stairs approaching front entrance are slippery. Parking lot and adjacent roadways are plowed in snowy conditions, so awd vehicles are not essential

The 10th bed is a trundle that is tucked away under the single in the loft bedroom. It slides right out and is fully equipped with sheets, blankets and pillows. I wish you would have called us when you couldn't figure it out. We hope you'll be back again soon!

I loved the place, it was supplied with all the necessary stuff. You need to stagger showers. Water runs out after 3rd person...but besides that it was a great stay!

We were group of 10 and there was a perfect arrangement. Sleeping arrangement, Utensils in kitchen etc. was all sufficient. This unit is very good value for money. Staff at rental office was also very courteous and helpful. The only flip side as also noted in other reviews is hot water. Hot water runs out after 2-3 person taking shower and then you have to wait for good amount of time for hot water to come back. Overall very pleasant experience.

Great well kept condo that holds a lot of people, and very comfortable living space, and a good kitchen. Terrific customer service, and location for enjoying all of North Lake Tahoe: Skiing, sledding, hiking. I highly recommend this condo.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price. We stayed at this condo for july 4th weekend, Only about a mile away from the beach, you can literally walk if you want a little exercise. Nearby stores. Master bedroom was huge and this condo was just right for our family. As for the cons, hot water ran out quickly when we were taking a shower so some people in our group had to shower without hot water, although, the cold water was still doable to shower with. I will definitely rent this condo again.

We enjoyed our family reunion here after a bit of a rocky start due to a long flight delay from the East Coast. Children enjoyed the pool and the shared living spaces functioned well for our group of six. We especially enjoyed the large dining room table and the kids loved the spiral staircase to reach their beds in the loft. Liked the quiet of the area but convenience of nearby stores nevertheless.

Location from San Jose was just right. We were able to check-in earlier than scheduled. The staff were friendly and professional. We found the place in good and clean condition with everything that we needed, from linens to towels. My wife needed to wash clothes and there was a washer and a dryer available. Safeway was just a mile away as well as the beach. I would recommend this property.

We have stayed at Kingswood Village many times over the past few years. It's reasonably priced and only a 10 minute drive to the mountain. The units are clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this place to my friends, and plan to stay once or twice this upcoming ski year.

The home was perfect for our family. It was close to some of the nicest ski resorts on the north side of the lake. A minor problem with the hot water was quickly resolved. I would take my family back to the same location again!
