Stay in the center of Lake Tahoe's North Shore when you choose this townhouse. Located in a well-appointed Kingswood Village complex, this property is just 10 minutes to Northstar. If you'd rather experience the thrill of skiing at Alpine or Squaw Valley, you'll be delighted to hear these noted downhill resorts are only 20 miles away. The complex has courts and a pool to use during the summer months, and Lake Tahoe shops and the Kings Beach township are only a mile away. Five to ten minutes will get you to Incline Village casinos and nearby Crystal Bay. If you're traveling with a very large group, ask us about the other properties at Kingswood Village that are managed by Lake Tahoe Accommodations. We can help you find the space for your corporate event, group getaway, or reunion. Please note, the upstairs bedroom with the 2 single beds is a loft. PLEASE NOTE: This condo does not have a BBQ because the complex does not allow them, please do not your own open flame BBQ's with you because the Home Owner's Association will fine you heavily. 06/08/2023This was such a nice home to stay in. Very peaceful and spacious. Had a beautiful view of a river behind the house and we even got to see a momma bear and her three cubs! Overall a very nice place to stay in. I would definitely go back to stay there!

10/21/2017We were very happy staying at #155. It was clean and had everything we needed. The morning we had to leave Oct 13, we discovered that a bear had been in my pickup. What a mess. And it was locked, and it still opened the back of the canopy. All the years I've been to Tahoe and never seen a bear, now I can say I had a bear in my pickup, and never saw it. There is a nice bear print on the tailgate, and several scratches tore the rubber piece going across the canopy.

08/24/2017This King's Beach condo was in a very convenient location for us. We loved having the sound of the creek that runs behind the property. The only complaints I have are that the coffee maker doesn't work well and the guest room bed is very squeaky. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Quiet, clean, well maintained, located close to local attractions and activities, the lake, restaurants, and a Safeway close by. The customer service was very welcoming and they included a bottle of wine upon arrival! Even though the property was fully furnished with a dinning room table, we enjoyed dinning outside on the upstairs balcony while listening to the streaming water nearby. Two features I would have liked to have would be air conditioning especially for the loft area. And, to be able to use the outside grill for a bbq.

02/19/2014Very nice townhouse. Clean and well maintained. TV, Wifi etc work great. The layout is not great with kitchen on top and bedrooms on bottom and no attached bathroom to any bedroom but for a weekend it's perfectly fine. The bathrooms and bedrooms are a little dated and could use upgrading. There were lots of pots and pans and cutlery so cooking etc. was easy. Also, the water heater works really well (and must be good size) since we never ran out of hot water even with multiple showers going on at the same time (many other properties in Tahoe have a serious hot water problem). There were PLENTY of towels, linen etc. One small problem was that the loft got pretty cold. Plenty of parking available and very good location too. We'll definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others. Customer service from Lake Tahoe Accommodations was top notch as usual (we have rented multiple times through them and their high standard of customer service and excellent property choices are the big reasons).

The next time we're able to get up, Kings Beach Condominiums will be the only place we will consider! We enjoyed driving around and viewing the North Shore portion of the Lake, along with swimming at Kings Beach. Also, wonderful restaurants and gift shops right in that area. 08/16/2011This rental gets 5 stars. Location was perfect. Close to everything and yet in a quiet area. The back of the condo was facing a wooded area with a burbling brook. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was close to a nice beach and restaurants galore. If you needed a grocery store, it was just 5 minutes away. My family and I just loved this place and would rent it again in a heartbeat!!

08/02/2011The unit was very nice and clean and well equipped. It is located in one of the best areas of the complex. We love the Kings wood complex and the North Shore in general. LTA staff were very accommodating even for after hours arrival but we do miss having a Kingswood LTA office.

The only small problem was a window's broken blinds in one of the bedrooms when we arrived, but this minor issue did not negatively affect our stay.
