10/10/2022This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It suited out needs perfectly. It was clean and well kept. The location is perfect. We had access to the lake and it was close to the restaurants and shops we like to visit. You do have to walk a bit from the parking lot to the condo. We take a lot of stuff which required a few trips. It was worth it. You can also see the lake from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this property for your Lake Tahoe stay. Lake Tahoe Accommodations is a great property management company. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. The staff is very helpful, courteous and professional. We will be using them again for our 2023 vacation. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

07/11/2022The unit was great, clean and so close to the lake. We went swimming, ax throwing, hiking. The only issue we had was that the parking lot was completely full in the evenings. You can't move your car after 4:00 PM on busy weekends or you won't be able to re-park. I called Lake Tahoe Accommodations for tips on street parking but didn't get any. I went to the complex office and they let me know that they had off-site parking a mile a way and a shuttle that ran infrequently. A very frustrating hour of driving around. But other than that, great spot, happy to rent it again and to work with Lake Tahoe Accommodations!

At check-in, we were greeted by friendly staff, abundant information about the property and Lake Tahoe area as well as a nice gift bag including our choice of white or red wine. Great overall experience and will definitely "go direct" next time.

08/14/2021We had a wonderful time at "Our Happy Place", condo at Lake Tahoe. It will be one of my happy memories for years to come. The condo was perfect for our family. Clean and located just steps from the lake. We were surrounded by grass and lovely pines in the front, where we and our grand kids played badminton, and in the back, beautiful Lake Tahoe. The sandy beach was great for playing in the water, where my young grandkids could walk out into the lake for over 100 yards and the water was still shallow enough for them to play. I was especially pleased with the large dining table where we played games in the evening. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. We had a great vacation.

07/09/2019A well appointed property, close to the beach and shopping. (Safeway is 1/2 mile down the road). Great layout for a family- two downstairs bedrooms, one smaller bedroom on the main floor and a two bedroom loft. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable family room area to watch tv and an outside deck. I would definitely rent this property again.

06/20/2019Wonderful, updated, well maintained property with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Kitchen has everything you need for those meals you want to cook at home and the 2 way lake view from the deck is incredible. This unit is conveniently located within a few steps of the pool, beach, dock, tennis courts, and parking but far enough away from the main road so it’s very quiet and peaceful. My only recommendations for the owner would be to add a few ceiling fans as the loft can get a bit warm and stuffy. We had an amazing time as a family in this unit and world highly recommend.

The host was responsive to issues we raised during our stay but it would be helpful if the description above was more detailed (i.e. parking is not close, wifi is poor and cell reception weak, etc.)

02/10/2019Good place to stay, just be aware that check in location is about 2 miles away and there is no direct vehicle access to the house, so it could be little difficult to move luggages especially during winter.

The condo was clean and yes I would recommend it, as long as you know there is no wifi. Walking distance to a few good restaurants. We had a few issues I called in and the maintenance was there that afternoon. If you're looking for a great location, close to the beach, this is the place for you. It's not beach front, but there's only one building between you and the beach and you can see a part of the lake from the balcony. Bonnie from the office has excellent customer service.
