Chimney Rock Condo
This is a lovely condo near the downtown area; so you can enjoy all the Tahoe activities nearby. Chimney Rock Condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a sofa sleeper in the living room and it can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. You will be in the Lake Village complex, which has complex amenities. Those amenities include a summer community pool, a year around hot tub, playground, rec-room with a pool table and ping pong table! The condo set up is as follows: kitchen upstairs, mid-level living area, downstairs has the 3 bedrooms. In the kitchen, this condo has seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. If you wanted to enjoy the nightlife in Tahoe, the casinos are only ¾ mile away! Heavenly Gondola is about a mile away from the property. Heavenly Resort is about 5-10 minute drive away. Once you’re done skiing at Heavenly, you can start a fire in the fireplace and cozy up on the couch to relax after a long day on the mountain. Beaches are about 5 minutes away from the condo. 08/13/2023Property was accurately described, well maintained, clean & stocked well with towels and accessories, has dishwasher & washer & dryer, very close to our favorite beach Round Hill and near Nevada Beach, great location with good restaurants and shops close by, top notch customer service! Lake Tahoe Accommodations is the ONLY one we will use.

03/15/2021We enjoyed our stay at the Chimney Rock Condo. Beautiful sunset views over the Sierra Buttes. The interior has big timber construction providing lots of character. The condo has good access to Heavenly ski resort, about 5 minute drive to parking at base of the tram in South Lake Tahoe. All day parking behind Raley's grocery store is $20.00. The kitchen is well stocked though I did wish for a non-stick fry pan for my morning eggs. The wood burning fireplace is nice in the winter. A minor irritant is the bathroom exhaust fans are always on when the bathroom lights are on and they are quite noisy. The community pool/hot tub facility was shutdown during our stay due to Covid.

07/03/2020We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights at this Zephyr Cove condo. The location was quiet and close to everything we wanted to visit. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. A good place to stay if you want to be a bit removed from the busy South Lake Tahoe area.

01/06/2019Great location, beautiful home, clean with a nearby clubhouse with amenities such as a pool table and a sauna. Lake Tahoe Accommodations are very friendly, welcomed us with a bottle of wine, tea and coffee. Gave us the option of having a late check out at noon because no one else was coming the next day, with no extra charge. I would rent from them again.
