06/27/2024The view of the lake and the kitchen and living area are grand. So much space to spread out, and the porch was our go to place. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking full meals, and there are plenty of dishes and utensils. Note: bring your own ice. The private beach with the view is wonderful, much preferred to the public beaches which are so crowded. Loved the Adirondak chairs. The location is close to amenities and stateline for casinos. The walking trail outside of Incline is close and so worth the visit, but parking is a problem, so try to visit on a weekday. It is a perfect space to relax; calm and quiet, with thoughtful neighbors. There are bears, so don't leave food in your car, and use the bear boxes.

11/15/2021We recently stayed here for the weekend while attending my nieces wedding. We had 2 couples an 2 teen girls. It was perfect! Nice, clean, remodeled, super close to Kings Beach and fantastic views of the lake. The girls walked to the beach and to town for coffee. We had lots of space to get ready and a place for the guys to watch football before the wedding. We would love to stay here in the winter, it's close to Northstar and Diamond Peak.
