We had a great time at the Regina Holliday house. It was very clean and in a beautiful location. I was able to see a bear and two of her cubs looking from the deck into the "back yard", which is essentially the forest. The house is very comfortable and you are definitely in a "Tahoe style cabin". The property is a short drive to downtown So. Lake Tahoe and the beach. My family and I will stay there again soon!!

We stayed for a week to attend our daughters wedding nearby. We loved the house. Plenty of room for 8 people with a great master suite. Stairs were tight and steep but manageable. Great location only 3 minutes to Stateline and 5 minutes to the beach. The staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations were excellent leading up to and during the stay. They even went through the garbage at the end of my stay and found my lost wallet. My family will definitely stay here again!

This home was great. It really had a nice homey feel, and I loved the bear theme throughout. I would definitely stay again. And will always book with Lake Tahoe Accommodations whenever I visit Tahoe.

The cabin was great. Second time we rented it in only 8 weeks! They really think of everything - even have shampoo ready for you. Beautiful cabin and large enough for 6 people (you could squeeze in a a couple of more kids, but it would be tight). Clean and well organized. Nicely appointed and great proximity to the town and everything. We even got some snowfall on the November trip which really thrilled our guest from the south. Highly recommend this cabin.

This is a nice house, with a "cabin feel" near the slopes. It's walkable, but our skiers still wanted a ride. Short drive to Heavenly Village. Cute decor. Heat worked well. Hot tub worked well. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. I usually rely on paper-ware in the kitchen when renting vacation houses but did not need to with this property. This may not be an issue for some, but we had a family member working on a remote basis: there is no internet access, wireless or wired. Also, some peculiarities of this property: there are two separate lofts with steep staircases. The master suite on one side (no closets in that room) and the two twin beds on another. Lighting is dim. Low shower pressure downstairs. We had a misunderstanding/miscommunication with LTA about a Christmas tree being provided, and were disappointed about that.

Good news! The property owners have recently installed WiFi internet to make working remotely, even though on vacation……an option. Maintenance is checking to see if we can improve the shower pressure. We're sorry about the misunderstanding about the Christmas tree.

I liked this house. It was with in easy walking distance to Heavenly's California Lodge. Our whole crew from 4 to 68 years old made the walk multiple times. The washer and drier made it easy for us to pack light. It was fully stocked with cooking, sleeping and showering gear. The master was. Wow! We could have all taken a shower at the same time (not saying we did). I'm not much into hot tubbing, but after a long day on the slopes it was nice! We will be back.

This house was perfect, and exactly as advertised. The house was spacious yet still cozy (we had 8 adults) with a great open floor plan that allowed for easy interaction - especially if you're in the kitchen cooking, you can still see and talk to everyone in the common areas. The location was phenomenal - walking distance to the California side of Heavenly. The hot tub a great perk in the winter. All of the people I dealt with at Lake Tahoe Accommodations were amazing, friendly and easy to deal with. Our reservation was a little complicated and they were nothing but accommodating to our groups needs. From the reservation process to the checkin/out process - they were an absolute delight to work with. I will absolutely 100% be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a beautiful cabin and just like it was described. There was plenty of room for the children and adults with out being crowded. The cabin was very clean and everything we needed was there. It is close to all of the attractions and activities. I would recommend this property to anyone. A great holiday getaway! We will use Tahoe Accommodations again.

Great house in every respect, with a particularly family-friendly floor plan. Very convenient location -- close enough to the slopes for easy access (you could even walk to the California Base, though not in ski boots), but far enough to be completely peaceful and quiet. We'll definitely try to stay there again if/when we visit South Lake Tahoe/Heavenly.

This house was really nice. Kitchen, television, and master rooms were just perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Neighbors were nice, and it was close to everything. Note- that there isn't AC. Loved the Bear theme- it was so cute. Great place to have your family stay.

We rented this cabin while attending a wedding in the area. It was clean and beautiful inside and out with the whole cabin feel. And it was close to all the hotels downtown. We would definitely stay here again.
