This two-story condo features an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that opens up to the living room area with a TV and fireplace. There is a small patio located off the living room with a BBQ. Kitchen has lots of counter top space, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. A Full bathroom downstairs. Head upstairs to the sleeping area. There is another full bathroom upstairs. The master is furnished with a king size bed and laundry is conveniently located in the master bedroom closet. The second bedroom is great for the kids with a double bed and a twin bunk-bed. It has beautiful finishes throughout. The property is located only minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, restaurants and the downtown Casino nightlife. In the winter you can walk just a short distance to the ski shuttle pick up point.
This is a month-month rental.
Six month rentals must a pay one months security deposit
