This property was wonderful. To be honest I was little worried reading other reviews. But once we got there my worries we laid to rest. The house has a retro feel to it but we didn't mind it one bit. The showers were hot and lasted. The heater heated up the whole cabin. The beds had mattress toppers which added some comfort. We were able to do a load of laundry as well. We had a great stay in this cute and funky A-Frame. If you are looking for something fancy and modern, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for something cozy and authentic, this IS the place for you. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was clean and neat. Kitchen essentials were easy to find. Tech is a bit outdated, so recommend bringing your own if you want to watch movies, . Great location, super helpful hosts.

Upon entering the residence we were very pleasantly surprised. Alll we needed were the clothes we had brought with us. Everything else was provided for us: washer/dryer , refrigerator, microwave , TV'S with cable , wood burning and gas heaters. We had such a great time! I would rate our vacation as a 10.The reservation was last minute on our part and not a problem with Lake Tahoe Accommodations. The house was clean, warm,and fully loaded with plenty of towels, bedding, wood burning stove and the washer and dryer was a life saver with kids. My family and I had great time. Actually there was more space than we expected. Cozy, lovely and out there. Everything you need there is provided. Clean and maintained. This is definite recommendation for a small family. This was our first time. Our kids really wanted to enjoy the snow. There was space in the back to slide down. It was ideal. We did not know how to start a fire. But it was prefect.We will be coming back.

We were really impressed when we got to this chalet... everything we needed was there, even more stuff that we needed. They have even a spot in the backyard in which you can slide and play with snow. I would definitely recommend this place for staying, specially if you are considering spend less money (that's because the location was not the perfect one for us, but still is OK if you have a car).

We had two teenagers and they loved the upstairs loft. Heater worked great because It was kinda cold in evenings. We went in September. Plenty of room and everything was clean and had plenty of extra blankets. If you like woods and seclusion this is a great place. The one bathroom also was fine I was a little worried at first with one teenage daughter but it worked out perfect.

This cabin was so cozy, beautiful and well kept. It definitely provided everything that we needed. We had a party of 5 adults and 2 children and it fit us comfortably! It is in the woods with neighbors around but it's a very nice and peaceful location. We really enjoyed the cabin as well as our mini vacation in Tahoe! I would recommend this cabin to anyone! Our experience at Lake Tahoe Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The only issue we had was that we did not have any phone reception and the phones did not work. This was hardly that big of an issue considering how well everything else went. I enjoyed the cabin very much. The pictures online seem to be a bit out of date because there were some updates such as newer carpet, TV and wifi that was not present in the photo's or listed. Customer service was awesome and they even gave us some unexpected goodies for our vacation. Hassle free registration, check in and check out. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Lake Tahoe Accommodations as well as the cute little cabin we stayed at.

We wanted a quiet get away and this was perfect. The house is in a quiet area where people live . A 10-15 min drive to South Lake Tahoe . I stayed here with my two daughters. This was our second stay here. We enjoyed it more than the first time since this time we had fresh snow! It was a lot of fun for my daughters, 8 and 6 years old. Kids love the attic, they picked beds there and enjoyed the views from the windows up there. It is close to Heavenly, California and shops. The cabin was wonderful. I loved the a-frame style of the cabin. The kids loved the loft upstairs. The only thing I did not like was that only my truck could fit in the parking space. No other car could fit because of the snow. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of space and beds for a family of 6.

This place was a little funkier than I expected, but we ended up liking it. All furnishings and decor are circa 1979, but that has its charm. The kitchen had all the cooking and eating stuff we needed. The only real complaint is that the main heating is a wall-mounted heater, so heat was dry and spotty.
