Adorable Mountain Shadows Condo located just minutes from skiing at Diamond Peak Ski Resort and from gorgeous Incline Village Beaches! This one-of-a-kind condo features a remodeled kitchen, tile floors, flat screen TV's, high speed wireless internet access, and a quick walk to a community summer pool!
The upstairs living plan has a half bath, gas burning fireplace, single sofa sleeper (to be used by 1 child only), and a deck with lots of patio seating. Summer or winter, this condo is perfect!
Please note: There are about 20 steps to access the front door. Also, the large futon in the living room is not to be used for extra sleeping, there is only 1 single fold out bed located in the living room to be used by 1 child.
Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village and community hot tubs/pools are only open for home owners and full time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.

02/13/2024Really nice property, great location. It is very clean, well maintained, nice size for 5-6 people to be very comfortable. It's a bit dated, but everything works. Nice touch from property management company is a welcome kit - bottle of wine, coffee... The only complaint, not the owner's fault, that there was a lot of ice on the parking lot, so getting in and out of the car was a bit challenging.

07/04/2020Nice place, and we would rent again if it weren't so far from us. Complaints are few. The coffee maker seems to overflow, and no filters were provided. Other than that, we liked the no shoe policy. Keeps it clean.

04/26/2019Great location close to Diamond Peak. Very spacious and clean. Fireplace and kitchen very nice. Parking is outside so be prepared if there is going to be snow.

08/16/2016We were very comfortable with our accommodations. We had other family in the area who were on vacation also, so we mostly used the condo at night and for breakfast. We were very happy with the condo. I used the coffee maker to make my coffee from the complimentary coffee we were given and it was awesome! I was also pleased to have a kitchen well organized. I actually took pictures of the kitchen for my future remodel. It was well stocked with appliances.

07/30/2015Awesome condo in Incline Village. Already thinking of when I'm going again next year. Convenient, clean and saved me a ton of money cooking for 3 teenagers. Easy access to keys and check in although it would be nice to check in earlier then 4. Overall a great experience.
