Lake view home up on top of Incline Village with a beautiful lake view in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet comfort awaits as you sit on the large front deck and check out the blue water of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. You will love the comforts of the home with an upstairs living plan, large living room, wood burning fireplace, and well equipped kitchen. In the winter, one of the best features of the house is that it sits on a hill side and is perfect for sledding just outside the door! Summer or winter you will love the location, skiing at Diamond Peak is only a few minutes away and everything in Incline, beaches, casinos, parks, etc. are just 5 minutes drive. ***Please note: There is a steep driveway at this home so we recommend that you have 4 wheel drive or chains.*
***Unfortunately due to pandemic precautions, the private beaches in Incline Village are only open for home owners and full time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.***

Charming cabin! Everything is as described in the website. Ample space for a family of 6! Love that there’s access to Netflix, Disney, Prime and more so our family enjoyed watching movies at the end of the day. The fridge has an ice maker so we were so relieved when nearby Safeway ran out of ice (it was hot during our visit). There were fans provided as well. Only suggestion is to provide extra towels and laundry soap like the other cabins we’ve rented in the past. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

The property was exactly what we needed for our family and two dogs. Great location that’s quieter from the Main Street and nice view of the lake. Would definitely recommend for family sized groups!

Beautiful house! Great location! Our family of 4 (Dad, Mom, 2 teen girls, 2 dogs) stayed here the first week of the year and had a blast. It's only about 5 minutes away from the grocery store and several restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable. The decks are a nice place to hang out - even in the cold. The driveway is VERY steep, but luckily it wasn't an issue. Also, there's no way to open and close the garage door from the outside - which is a bit of a pain. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. However, most of the cookware is well used and second-hand in appearance. We also bought kitchen towels and a knife sharpener while we were there and left them behind for the next guests. There's a Tesla Supercharger just down the hill at the grocery store, so you can probably stay plenty charged just by plugging in while you shop. The team at Tahoe Accommodations was very friendly and helpful. The welcome gifts were very nice. We would definitely stay here again!Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness Owner

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the large deck. The entire house was nicely decorated and very clean. Having a garage and laundry was very convenient. We also appreciated that the property was dog friendly. The people checking us in were very nice and gave a welcome gift which was a nice touch! My only recommendations would be to not put a flannel fitted sheet on the bed in the summer as it made it very hot and hard to get comfortable. Perhaps the housekeeping did this by accident, but it was the one detail that can really affect a good night's sleep. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness Owner
You are so right about the flannel sheets. Sorry about that. Next time call us and we can correct it in a jiffy. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!

The house was wonderful and very clean. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck and relaxing in the spacious living room. Bathrooms were clean. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around and the property was close to everything. The checkout procedure was easy and the company was easy to work with. Thank you.

Most pet friendly properties are dumpy and old. This house was wonderful. We felt like we were on top of the world! The kitchen is basic, but we loved the open concept. We also loved the sunny deck and lake views. Bathrooms are a little dated, but suited us just fine. Only five minute drive to Incline and beaches. Can't believe we were able to stay here with "Sierra"- our golden retriever. She really enjoyed the nearby trails! Reservation process was easy. The nice ladies at the check in desk gave us a goodie bag with coffee and wine. They said this property is new to their management. Book it while you still can. This is going to be a popular rental.
