***Please note: There is a steep driveway at this home so we recommend that you have 4 wheel drive or chains during the winter.*
Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village are only open for home owners and full time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.
