Spectacular remodel located on lower Kingsbury minutes drive to beaches and casinos! in 2022 the home was completely redone from top to bottom with a fully landscaped yard. The home has 4 bedrooms, the master suite has a huge bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms upstairs have king beds and the downstairs bedroom has a bunk and a futon. The pool table is located in the living/movie room right next to the kitchen. There are 2-85" flat screen TV's plus every bedroom has a 65" TV. The kitchen is wonderful and there is a formal dining room. The is a one-of-a-kind rental!

02/26/2023We enjoyed our stay at the house on Summit. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 and kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. The house is modern and beautiful. A great yard for snow play too. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

11/02/2022Celebrated my sister's 50th at this fantastic house! It's not your typical dark Tahoe cabin. It's bright and beautiful. Everything is new and clean and we had so much fun! We went to the casinos (10 minutes away) to play, hiked around the creek, and had a great time cooking in the kitchen and making a "fancy" table in the dining room. The birthday girl got to soak in the tub and we made some great memories. Thank you to the owner and Lake Tahoe Accommodations!
