This property was exactly what we needed for a beautiful weekend getaway. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and near the water. It’s a short drive away from the main town so there was plenty for us to do. We absolutely loved the house as well. All the rooms were in great condition and the bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. The hot tub was a great extra bonus that added to the relaxation. Overall, we will definitely be returning to this house; what a great getaway.

This property was quiet and relaxing. So close to everything we wanted to do. Bikes in the garage that we could ride. A lovely hot tub that we enjoyed every evening looking up at the stars. Cooked all our meals. The kitchen was WELL equipped with everything we needed. Love this house!!!!

We loved our stay at this property! From the start, LTA was extremely easy to communicate with via the app and text message and the check-in process was a breeze (we arrived while the office was open). The house is definitely on the older side, but the bathrooms are nicely updated. Everything was clean and comfy. The owners had a bunch of firewood that were allowed to use. The neighborhood is a great location near town and is regularly snow plowed (even the driveway) if you're there in the winter. You're also able to park in the garage (our truck did not fit though). And the hot tub was fantastic! We ended up packing way too much kitchen stuff as the listing made it sound like there wouldn't be much available, but it's definitely a fully stocked kitchen (in terms of cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, etc). There's also new appliances (oven, etc). Overall we loved our stay at this cute house in Incline Village. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect House! We had a little league tournament in Incline Village. This house was perfect size for our family. Great location! The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The house was as described. It was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was wonderful. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the property for the Memorial Day holiday with a toddler. The property is about 1800sqft with only 2 bedrooms, so everything feels super spacious (and everything looks better than the photos). My toddler loves to run around in the carpeted living room. Beds are very comfortable and both bathrooms are updated. There is also a humidifier and we used it for toddler's room. The kitchen is well stocked, including a stocked spice rack! It also has a slow cooker and a blender. The backyard is not fully fenced and you can definitely see the 4 neighbors around the yard if folks are hanging out in their yards, but during our stay we've seen no one. Otherwise it's a decent sized yard with a spacious deck (with a hot tub and two separate seating areas). The property sits in a very quite, safe, and upscale neighborhood and is only 10-15 min walk (and we walk slowly with a stroller) to Incline Beach. The beach has restricted access and does not open to tourists during covid, but we got in one day when there was a nice lady who let us use her punch card for free. The property is also only less than 10 min drive to grocery stores and restaurants in Incline Village. Overall this is a great find in Incline Village and we'd 100% recommend it!

Lovely home and lovely people at the rental property! Easy check in. Got a wonderful welcome gift. Great location! Clean home and fantastic decor! We moved some around since we had babies with us. I prefer keyless entry (with code) but it's ok. House is so spacious! Layout is kind of weird as whole house is not all connected in middle (like open concept) Meaning there's a wall/kitchen/fireplace so you have to walk back around hall to get to the other side. Pro: 2 families had their own space. Plenty of table seating, sofas seating, and one massage recliner! Love the hot tub and used that for sure! No instructions but it was already turned on. Garage fits 1 car. Saw some bikes and sled but didn't use those. Plenty of parking spaces, long driveway. Nice scenery of nature and close by neighbors. Had a desk. printer and even paper. (Didn't use) Some games and books. Lots of cooking pots pans. Dishes. Utensils. Laundry machines. Small Detergent, dish soap, shampoo, soap, lotions provided. Like a hotel. Very nice! Great location. Walked to beach (only open to locals at the moment) and trails. Main door to back yard and hottub was under construction. But 2 more entries available. Bedrooms were large. Closets, towels, and blankets a plenty! I thought king size bed was lumpy. Also someone left broken eggs in fridge. We loved our stay here and would recommend this property and this company!

This house is in a great location and is very much as pictured. Plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking and dishes for our family of 4. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub immensely! The house is dated but we liked the mid-century modern exterior and the more modern bathrooms. The garage will fit 2 small cars and the driveway has room for more. The layout of the home is a bit awkward as there is no way to get back into the kitchen area from the living room without walking back through the entire house - but we got used to it easily. Plenty of couches and seating and the beds were comfortable and warm! We would definitely return in summer due to the location.

We stayed at an older home a couple of blocks from the beach in Incline Village. The home was near town and all the shopping and restaurants. It was clean and spacious with lots of room. We did go in the height of summer. As an FYI, there is no air conditioning in the home. It would be helpful to have a few either standing fans or ceiling fans to help for those warm, summer days. Also, it would be helpful to have some storage containers with lids to put left over food. Or also foil or saran wrap. Or at least let your guests know that they need to provide their own. The large hot tub was a plus and we appreciated that BOTH propane tanks were full and the BBQ ready to use. In a previous rental NOT through LTA , they had 2 EMPTY tanks for the BBQ and NO toilet paper. That's why it's important to use a property management company. Using Lake Tahoe Accommodations was easy and they were very responsive to any questions. We prefer to use a property management company for our VRBO rentals as you get better service and you know they are taking care of the property and available if there are any issues. We would definitely reach out to Lake Tahoe Accommocations for our future rentals in the area.

This home was so stunning and really made our trip to Tahoe memorable. It comfortably slept 6 people, and had even more room to spread out. If I ever were to stay in Tahoe again, I would recommend this house.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick drive to town and ski resorts. The host was very accommodating of our late night check in, which was appreciated after a long drive in. The house had nice touches including hot tub, grill, large windows and an old-school reclining massage chair. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals!

A wonderful stay! The home is located around the corner from the beach, the town, or a ski resort in a gorgeous neighborhood. We loved the house itself - very cozy and comfy yet spacious too. The hot tub was excellent and the kitchen was incredibly stocked with any utensils you'd need. We even used the grill on the deck one night! While we were there, it felt like our home. If you're looking for a getaway in Lake Tahoe, this is an excellent option. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. We've stayed at this house many times before. It is very clean when we arrive. The kitchen is spotless. We were pleased with the new carpeting and the new bathrooms. The enlarged deck was nice ...we don't use the hot tub. One day we hope that the owner would invest in landscaping. We will definitely rent the house again! It is a favorite destination. Burnt Cedar Beach is a favorite of ours. Let's hope the phone works next time. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. We've stayed at this house many times before. It is very clean when we arrive. The kitchen is spotless. We were pleased with the new carpeting and the new bathrooms. We decided late that we wanted to go up to Tahoe for New Year's week. We were very happy to have found this house! The house was very comfortable with 4 adults and 2 kids. The extra large living room was especially nice. Garage was a bit cramped for 2 cars, and the interior needs a little TLC, but these are minor issues. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was responsive and very good to work with, I would not hesitate to rent from them again or give this house my recommendation.

This home was lovely. It had two bedrooms but could accommodate 6 people easily. The kitchen was especially well stocked with a large variety of utensils. The hot tub worked well. No problems at all. Thanks for a great vacation.

The house was more than we expected. It was extremely spacious, nicely appointed and the hot tub could fit an army. We would definitely rent this house again! It was nice to come back after a day of skiing to cook a meal in the large kitchen (that had every utensil, pan and plate that we needed) and relax in the front living room, hot tub or by the fireplace.

This is a wonderful house. I stayed there with my family of four and had a blast. The hot tub is great. The kitchen is well appointed. Comfy, nice furniture. Plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and in pretty good shape. The exterior of the house needs some attention though. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Customer service at the rental office was outstanding - very responsive, polite, and accommodating.

We travel to Tahoe every year and decided this to year rent a house instead of the 2 hotels rooms our family needs to be comfortable. This house was amazing, it was perfect. We bought food and cooked in every night while the family sat around one of the 3 fireplaces in the house. The garage was perfect for the mini-van we rented and was stocked with bikes and sleds. The master suite was equipped with a spa tub for the kids and the hot tub was just what we needed at the end of a long snow day. The house was stocked with spices and a few other necessities for cooking and a washer dryer which we needed. We were lucky and experienced wildlife in the backyard and were within walking distance to the Incline Village playground and the Hyatt. This was a great property and worth every penny.

There was an issue with one thing--I think it was the stove; the "red light" stayed on all the time on one burner, and the management company said it would be fixed after we left. We enjoyed the massage chair, and that we could park our vehicle in the garage.

The house layout was great. Never felt like our kids were on top of us. Great location near Burnt Cedar Beach. Would definitely rent again. House was clean and maintained. Outside may not be as nice as others in neighborhood, but inside was great. Great area to take walks, beautiful area.
