The condo we rented was very nice. The biggest reason we chose a condo was having full kitchen so we could cook in rather than eat out. This kitchen was well stocked with appliances so this was a big plus for us. The rest of the condo was very comfortable and clean. Parking was covered which was a big help as we were visiting in the winter time. Overall, we saw very few others in the condo area so it felt very private. The condo is only a few minutes from Diamond Peak ski resort and a 5 minute drive from a grocery store and restaurants. It was a nice location. It is about a 45 minute to 1 hour drive to Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows depending on weather and traffic. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was easy to check in/check out with. They answered all our questions and allowed us to check in early on our arrival day which was a big help.

Oh my goodness, the place was great! I felt so at home and comfortable the entire time I was there, it was decorated so nice and would make anyone feel right at home and so cozy sitting in front of the amazing fireplace. I can't wait to go back again. It was very well stocked with everything that we needed I would highly recommend this place to anyone just wanting to get away for a little vacation, it was amazing loved it.

The property was located slightly above the Hyatt, making it still convenient, but nice and quiet compared to other streets in Incline Village. The kitchen has been updated - new cabinets, countertops, etc, with everything you need (including a crock pot!). There is a Murphy bed in an alcove area of the living area that can be curtained off, making it possible to have an extra guest. There is also a nice deck with a grill overlooking a green space, making it feel private. My one suggestion would be a larger television in the living area. Though we weren't there to watch TV, it was quite small. Overall, we would recommend this condo.

For our anniversary, we decided to go back to Lake Tahoe and stay in either a condo or cabin. I found LT Accommodations over the internet and quickly booked. Customer service was very helpful in helping us choose the best location for our vacation. The property is exactly how it is described. The pictures might make the place seem larger than it is, but there is plenty of space for two people. The condo was very clean with only a few minor adjustments that had to be made by their handy man. Though not a deal breaker, the large mosquito bugs flying around day and night, especially going into and out of the elevator, were mainly an annoyance. We enjoyed having full kitchen/grill so we can make our own meals, an ice maker, blow dryers, and washer/dryer for clean clothes on the way back home. You do get a welcome tote bag and a gift when checking in, which I thought was so sweet. That helped with bringing he large amount of snacks/food to the beach. I hope they add a cooler to the housing essentials in the future. Bring beach towels because the condo comes with bath towels only. Also, purchase extra travel laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets if you will be doing more than two loads of laundry. The place is a little dark, but we didn't spend much time there during the day. Also, we really didn't sit out on the porch because there was way too much pollen to clean up. With your stay, you will get passes to Incline Beach. It doesn't mean you get in for free, just a pass allowing you to use the private beach. It's $12/person to get in. We also went to Sand Harbor for a couple of days. There, you will pay $12/car. Both are worth seeing. If you like to kayak or paddle board, Incline Beach has rentals right on the beach. Sand Harbor is much bigger and there is plenty of room to walk around and explore. You can also find rentals here. The Lone Eagle Grille (Halibut), Big Water Grille, and Bite were great local dinner choices. We also tried Jason's Beachside Grille (Ribs weren't that great and the Halibut is deep fried not lightly fried), in King's beach, which was just okay after eating at the above 3 places. It's more of a bar food atmosphere. Tunnel Creek Cafe is not far from the property. They have great coffee and breakfast plates. After breakfast, you can hike or bike up Flume Trail right behind the cafe. Bring a camera. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and experience with LT Accommodations. Can't wait for our next trip out there!

My adult daughter and I stayed here four nights on a ski trip. The unit was spacious, clean, very comfortable and well supplied with kitchen and bath items. My daughter slept in the bedroom while I took the Murphy bed in the living room. Having separate sleeping rooms and two bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed the stone fireplace and the dart game. Forty minute drive to Squaw/Alpine and half hour to Mt. Rose. The LTA folks were efficient and a pleasure to work with. My only complaint: the TV is small but on the other hand we didn't come here to watch TV. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay for our ski trip.

Great condo for Incline Village! Perfect for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and gas fireplace made for a nice touch during the evenings (easy to light to versus a real fireplace). The location is perfect if you want to go to Diamond Peak, literally down the street! I would definitely visit again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay - the unit was better them we could have hoped for - will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Thank you :)

We enjoyed the weather and the stay.

This condo was quite nice. I would not call it "luxurious" as categorized, but it certainly met our needs. If you're skiing at Diamond Peak, you will be quite close but it's still over a mile walk considering the long parking lot. There's a free shuttle stop right across the street from the driveway entrance, with stop times posted on the sign. Use it!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was just as advertised, and with all needed amenities. The decoration was pleasant and inviting. The location suited us and was close to stores and restaurants. Covered parking was much appreciated because of significant snow during our stay. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to friends.

Great place enjoyed it a lot. We did have a hard time controlling the heat with the thermostat. It always seemed hot. We did some cooking and would recommend they replace the knife set. Up side... very convenient to Diamond Peak, nice unit, would recommend and if they can fix the heat issue, would stay again.Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness Owner
Thanks for your feedback, the thermostat has been replaced in this condo and the owners are replacing the knives during spring cleaning.
