Seclusion and views are what you are in store for with this wonderful condo at the top of the hill! It takes three flights of stairs to get to the front door, but you're a rewarded with filtered lake views through the front and hallway windows and a wonderful, cozy retreat.
The first floor features kitchen with quartz counters, stainless gas stove, and all of the amenities needed for a wonderful meal with friends or family. The loft overlooks the living room and features sleeping for three, a bathroom with bathtub only, as well as a foosball table for your entertainment!
The gas fireplace in the living area provides great ambience without messing with firewood. The property features a total of four flatscreen TVs, one in the living room, and the loft, and one in each of the private bedrooms.
The property also has access to the Tahoe Village homeowners association's pool and hot tub which are located just a short walk away. Heavenly valley ski area is within 5 minutes drive. Additionally there is a free ski shuttle at the end of the driveway and the exciting casino nightlife and the beaches of Lake Tahoe are just short drives away!
Note: Many stairs to entrance. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

07/14/2023We took a last minute trip to Tahoe and were so excited to stay in this condo. The kids called it the "top of the world". They really liked having their own space in the loft, and everyone had fun cooling off and sunbathing at the pool after hiking part of the Rim Trail. I can imagine how much fun this will be in the winter with the ski hill so close. We will be back!
