This Austrian-style economical chalet is close to everything! Stay in this home overlooking the forest and you'll be just three minutes from the ski trails at Heavenly and only five from Lake Tahoe and the thrilling casinos. This home has an old-fashioned wood-burning fireplace and a spacious living room with high bean ceilings. With the two bedrooms, loft, and two full baths, up to ten can stay here in style. Right across the street is the Tahoe Tyrol Clubhouse, where you'll find a hot tub, seasonal pool, and indulgent sauna. VRP# 007400. Please note: The only TV that has cable access is located in the living room.

The house was awesome and LTA is great to work with. The check-in & check-out process is very simple & convenient. There's 2 bedrooms: one master's bedroom with plenty of floor space for an air-mattress should you need it, and another room with 2 (full sized?) beds. In addition there's a huge loft with 4 twin beds and a huge living room with 2 couches and 1 of the couches is a pull out bed. The fireplace was nice and kept the house warm & toasty. Just a heads up for prospective renters, the hot tub is communal and not on the actual property. Aside from this, our friends really enjoyed our stay!

Great location to the lake, town and mountain. Amenities worked great and comfortably slept 7 with plenty of ski gear. Would stay again.

My group was very happy Lake Tahoe Accommodations was able to find our group a house to rent for the recent SnoGlobe New Year's Weekend. Chelsey offered other options but made sure our choice was close to the SnoGlobe venue and an easy pick-up for the adult drivers. She also stayed within our budget as many other properties were gouging on the rentals for the New Year's weekend. The house was perfect for the adults to stay downstairs and NOT be awaken by the teens coming home late and waking the old folks. The loft was spacious for all 6 teens. I'll be sure to check-in with Chelsey in the Summer for our next road trip.

I have never been to Tahoe before and this was my entire family's first time. Our whole experience was great, starting with the first email I had sent in regards to the pet deposit. The operator who answered the phone was Freya and she was incredibly sweet and helped answered all my questions. When we arrived to check in, we received a bottle of wine which I thought was really nice. The house itself was in a nice residential area. There was a community pool which my family gladly enjoyed. The locations was close to the area where were were going to kayak and close to a few casinos since the house was very close to the Nevada state line. I like the fact that the house had a gas grill outside so we didn't have to mess with any charcoal. The only thing I didn't like as much was the kitchen stove. It worked but it just took a long time to cook the food. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I do highly recommend it.

We loved this place. Super roomy and clean. Would stay here again for sure. Close to town too. Great backyard and easy access to the pool and jacuzzi.

We had an amazing stay at this property during the Thanksgiving Holiday. The large multi level set up is perfect for families with children. Great location easy to get to, even in the snow. Close to everything!! I would love to stay here again. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was a pleasure to work with. We book with LTA on all of our Tahoe trips.

The house was a catch for the budget. Big for 10 people. Has everything.. pool across the street, close to everything. Highly recommended.

Awesome place for a great price. Everyone was surprised at how nice it was. Recommend to everyone.

The home was comfortable and very neat when we entered. Very close to Heavenly and casinos. The kitchen was well equipped and the huge dining table was a big plus for all of us to sit and recap our skiing stories. Minor issues like some of the lights were not working and water heater cannot service more than 4 showers in a row (bigger groups may want to stagger the use of hot water).

My friends and I had a great time. House was perfect for our needs. We are definitely doing this every year. They gave us a free bottle of wine as we were checking in. Nice people, we will do business again, thanks.

We had a very pleasant stay. We arrived around 11:30 pm - 12:00 am & usually by then, people are quite tired & sometimes unpleasant. But the gentlemen who helped us check in was very friendly. I didn't realize we'd receive a goodie bag with a bottle of wine which was a nice surprise. We thought that because we were there on Superbowl weekend, we'd miss out on it, but turns out you guys were having a deal of free night. It definitely made it less stressful having to have everyone ready & packed before the check-out time on Superbowl Sunday. The cabin itself was very cozy. Kitchen was well equipped. Only thing was, it was missing a sponge. Thanks again! We'd definitely stay at these cabins again on our next big Tahoe Trip!

It was like stepping back into time which I thought was cool. The whole set up is cozy, more than enough space for 8 ppl. Kitchen is fully stocked and everything is nearby. More than enough snow is just steps away behind the house and the view is nice too. Even got to see some wildlife. I will def' be using LTA again for future trips. The staff is helpful and courteous. It was home away from home, and I recommend it! :)

This was a very nice place for a ski weekend with friends. The decor may not be modern luxury, but its a clean, large cabin, and great for a big group. The loft works well for a big group of singles; it might not be great for several couples, as there are only two private rooms. The porch is nice with the gas BBQ, great for dinner after a day on the mountain. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked for anything you want to make. Biggest plus is that it is less than a mile from the Heavenly CA base lodge. One warning is that it is quite hilly on these streets, so if there is a ton of snow you probably needs chains to make it to the drive way, if not 4x4. Customer service from this company is great like always, second time staying with them now.

The location of the house was great. It was in a nice neighborhood and very close to Heavenly Village. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The space was great for 5 adults and 2 children. The house was a bit outdated though, we felt like we stepped into the late '70s early '80s era, but that really didn't matter. The only issue we had was the wireless internet wasn't working. We had contacted Lake Tahoe Accommodations and they contacted the owner, who called us about how to use the internet. It still didn't work, but we were very appreciative with Lake Tahoe Accommodation and the owners help. Thanks to Lake Tahoe Accommodation for your excellent customer service. It is hard to find good service these days and you showed you really cared about your customers!Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness Owner
We're happy to help. This property is not advertised with wireless internet. You might have been getting a signal from the neighbors :)

Overall, it was a good experience. It was nicely decorated, had a collection of movies, books, and games, which we didn't really use, and a great view in the back of a few trees and untouched snow. The only thing was that the beds were a bit worn.
Marge - Sacramento, CA
We stayed there the first weekend in May and it was a great experience. We had a blast, and there were no hassles checking in or out!

I was just there for Memorial Day Weekend. Do not be deceived by the pictures, they do no justice to this property. This place is gorgeous, peaceful and they have everything you will need for winter or summer. The neighbors are very friendly, but make sure that you take everything out of your car because of bears and do not leave garbage outside!
Decker - Minneapolis, MN
9 people in my group comfortably stayed there. It is a basic ski lodge with no frills, but for the price we were happy. It served its purpose and met our basic needs. We saw a bear in the backyard. The hot tub and sauna were interesting, but were nice after of couple days of skiing/boarding. If you are on a tight budget, its perfect, otherwise get something nicer.

This is a nice house for a group because it has single beds upstairs, plenty of space, and pretty close to Heavenly ski lift. It was also great to have wireless internet available. We made a fire and cooked up a nice meal. It sure beats hotel life! I think that this is not a 5 Star accommodation, but it is certainly fine for a group of international students. Overall, I would give our stay a 7 out of 10. The house itself is not perfect, but for a clean rental, we enjoyed it! I will say that the Property management was fair. There was a large hole in the wall that we discovered when we arrived, and the property management did not attempt to charge us for it, so they are fair. Overall, I would recommend this for a group of college students or family, but not if you are used to the top of the line facility. It is a 3-star out of 5-star place, but it is also a good price.

Great house, perfect for two sets of families, largest loft area I've seen, sound insulation is great. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet. It was spacious, light and homey.
