The place was overall good and the accommodations were more or less as described. Property management was super accommodating about switching up different weekends due to the fires, which was great. The only problem with the place was that the floors were not clean when we arrived. Property management was very apologetic and tried to get someone out to help but it didn't work with our schedule. The property was centrally located and near where everything you need to be in South Lake Tahoe.

What an amazing weekend!! The Lake Tahoe Accommodations staff made our check-in and out process a breeze, all with smiles and pleasant attitudes. We even got a bottle of wine and a tote with coffee and tea. The house was clean upon arrival and the cleaning checkout instructions were so easy that even our kids didn’t complain! My only advice is to book direct through LTA and do not use a third party. We were so pleased that we already booked our 2021 4th of July week with them, thanks to Mavis helping us find the perfect waterfront condo! We will always use Lake Tahoe Accommodations!

Amazing property. We stayed for a week and the location and house was perfect. Close to trails, great back deck for hanging out, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Can't recommend this property highly enough. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was also a fantastic agency to work with. They were very responsive, easy to work with and showed a genuine interest in making sure our stay was great. I will definitely book through Lake Tahoe Accommodations directly on future trips to Tahoe.

Perfect space for 8 people. Nice outdoor area, perfect for barbecuing. Very nice dining area as well as living room. We all enjoyed ourselves.

This house was awesome. About a 7 minute trip for the casinos and beaches . The house was super modern and had everything we needed for cooking. The garage and driveway was really small so we couldn’t fit all our trucks in them. Other than that I highly recommend this place. My friends and family loved it.

This is a beautiful house. Not counting the master bed room but the rest of the beds are small and the master bed is hard. Didn’t get to go out to the patio and use Barbecue-pit due to snow not clean off patio and was piled up to patio table. Beside those minor problems to us we enjoyed our stay party of 6 people 3 couples

If you’re coming here during the winter and there’s lots of snow make sure you bring a metal shovel! The driveway is very steep and our car got stuck. The plastic shovel that was provided was broken from the last guests. We had to call the office and it took them 3 hours to drop off a new one for us. It took us another 3 hours to dig out. Thank goodness another family nearby came to our recuse with metal shovels! All in all the house is exactly as described. Our family of 8 had a comfortable stay. Location is also very close to ski resort and casino!

Perfect location! Close to Ski Heavenly, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and shopping. The home was beautiful- very spacious, clean, and a homey feeling to it. I would love to stay here again the next time we have a family vacation in Tahoe.

This is a gorgeous home! Very cozy, perfectly clean, and charming. Kitchen is well stocked, convenient garage parking, a yard for snow play. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was very easy to communicate with, flexible with our check in and check out, provided very clear instructions for the rental experience, and gratuitously provided some welcome supplies. Only issue we experienced was the downstairs bedroom did not have a heat vent or space heater and was quite cold. Hopefully the owner can provide one for future guests. Otherwise a great stay! Thanks.

We had a great time renting this home for a long weekend in the snow. The kids played in the snow in the big backyard and we're having so much fun they almost didn't want to go to the actual snow park! We were very comfortable in the home and with the fireplace downstairs it was actually much warmer than the upstairs part of the home, even though we had the heater running. One thing I would advise on is the sloped driveway, which has a downhill slope toward the garage. You must be prepared with tire chains or snow/winter tires or you could get stuck as it was icy for us, not just the 18" of snow that fell over night. Overall we had an awesome getaway and would rent this home again.

We loved our rental home plenty of room for a large group well equipped kitchen and the back deck was like heaven. Everyone was very helpful at the main office. We will use them again.

The home is beautiful! Comfortable with everything you need. The kids loved the large backyard for fort and snowman building, and moonlight snowball fights! It is conveniently located. Minutes to whatever your interests are. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

This was my second time using Lake Tahoe Accommodations. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for my family. We had a great time and even got some snow before we left. We will definitely be booking again soon for summer!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the place was so welcoming. We loved the convenience of all the Kitchen appliances, utensils, and accessories that made us feel at home while preparing our meals. It made us special that each day we ate our meals on china dishes - you don't get that just anywhere! Being able to barbecue and sit out on the deck was also a wonderful plus, and the decor throughout the place is certainly like being at home away from home rather than just staying at any random hotel. It was so wonderful, we just can't wait to be able to utilize these accommodations again in the future.

This home is just as pictured on the website, there were no surprises. It is older but it was a great value for the 4th of July holiday. We were 5 minutes to the beach to see the fireworks. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils but be sure and bring all the basics, such as salt and pepper, etc. The large backyard was nice to have and also enjoyed the deck for BBQ's. First time I've rented through Lake Tahoe Accommodations and I was very pleased with the people and service. It's nice when a company makes you feel they appreciate your business. Thank you so much.

We enjoyed our stay in your home very much. It was clean and spacious, cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed � kitchen cookware, bedding, towels, movies, games�etc. The fireplace was one of the favorite things! We liked that it was easy to find and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was conveniently close to all the great spots, snowboarding, casinos, shops, markets�everything! I would stay here again and would like to visit in the summer. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The house was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and the house was very cozy. We used the bbq and spent a lot of time on the deck. We would absolutely come back.

This place is much better than what you see in the pictures. We were a group of 4 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. There is a fenced in backyard with swing set. The rooms were great and there was plenty of space for all. The Lake Tahoe Accommodations group was also easy to work with. Easy reservation process, check-in was great, and the freebies were nice. Would definitely use this place and management company again.

My family stayed here over New Year's Eve. The house is nice and cozy (nothing spectacular). The backyard is excellent for kids. It was covered in snow and my 4-year old niece had a blast. It is very close to Heavenly and South Lake Tahoe. There is a slight incline to get to the place. Our van had some issues getting up without chains because the road was not cleared well. Also, the city had covered the driveway when it plowed the road. That all said, we enjoyed our stay.

The property is very well maintained. When we arrived it was very clean and organized, which was great. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from Heavenly if you want to ski. This is a great place to stay with your family. Extremely cozy. Oh, and it is very well equipped with utensils and everything you need. I would definitely go back to this property.

I rented this 3 bedroom home during the July 4th weekend. I was quite surprised at how quick and easy it was to obtain the keys and information we needed for the rental. The young lady who gave us our keys was very pleasant and gave us information about the best places to watch the fireworks. Our family was very pleased with our rental. Everything we needed was there (except the food of course) and it was very clean. The owners of the house left it very cozy, with pictures of their family and knick-knacks. We almost felt as if we were invading someone's private home. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great time in this house its beautiful and spacious, plenty of blankets, dishes everything you need on a daily basis. We have two grandsons 4 and 5 years old they had the greatest time playing in the snow in the back yard. It's big and all fenced in. It was such a memorable experience that we plan to go back in the summer to experience a different season.

This rental (HCH0682) was a great home to be in for the Thanksgiving holiday. It had all the household items we would need and was very comfortable for our group. The whole family had a great time at the property. It was very clean and in a great location only 5 min away from the casinos. We are already talking about when we can enjoy this property again. The best part of the house was the kitchen, its always the place where the family hangs out. It was nice the have customer service with a smile great people, friendly and helpful.
