Reasonably priced but still luxurious, this condo is perfect winter and summer! Plus you will be be only 1 mile from casinos.
- Parking allowed for 2 cars, designated parking spot #24 and the second vehicle is on a first come first serve in designated guest parking spots.
- Street parking is also an option on Ski Run Blvd, unless otherwise posted
- No RV/Boat/Off-Road Vehicle Parking on-site
- Parking in undesignated spots or failure to follow parking procedures could result in the towing of your vehicle at the cost of the owner
- No Pets-If a pet is found on the property, guests will be asked to leave with a $300 pet cleaning fee to be assessed

02/25/20212 bdrm condo, clean, completely updated, nice bathrooms, kitchen, & furnishings. Nice decor with homey touches. Very close, 5 mins, to Heavenly & downtown. Property manager is very responsive, has a 24/7 text service which is nice to ask questions, especially over the weekend or evenings. They were kind enough to let us check in early when we arrived a couple hours ahead of check in. Would definitely stay again.

01/21/2019First, we were welcomed with a gift at their office where we picked up the house keys. The listing only said 1 bathroom, but there is actually an extra toilet on the floor with the kitchen and living room. That was a much needed half bathroom. Each bed had more pillows than you could ask for, which was made the bedrooms extra cozy. Also, I've never been provided so many bath towels. Overall, great cozy home for small groups. Thank you!
