03/22/2020We really enjoyed staying here. We wound up seeing huge amounts of snow this trip and the house came with everything needed to hunker down when we needed rest and relaxation. As well as all the tools needed to deal with snow. Tahoe Accommodations was super helpful and when the coffee maker broke, they were there immediately to fix it. We would definitely stay here again!

02/19/2020The host and key pick up were very hospitable and informative. The cabin is very cozy, and warm though a bit more old and outdated than the photos depict. It's not too much of a drawback if you're fine with some items being more antiquated than you may be used to. It's a fine residence and is nice and spacious, though some things could benefit from being updated.

09/09/2019We had an absolutely wonderful time at this place. It was very clean and well stocked although it did seem to have a rather significant spider issue. Aside from that the place is very cozy and in an excellent location.
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerThanks for letting us know about the spiders. They have been evicted! Hope to see you again soon!

06/09/2019Great location, and Lake Tahoe Accommodations is professional and easy to work with. Would stay here again.

05/29/2019This house was perfect for us: rustic and retro. Note that you are told not to use the hot tub after 10pm, and it doesn't get very hot (the controls don't work well). The house came with Alien on DvD. Kitchen has everything you need. The king bed is very firm. Overall, would definitely come back!
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerJT,
Glad you had a good time. We'll get someone to check out the hot tub controls ASAP. See you again soon!

03/17/2019This is such a cute spot! Loved the private hot tub. Close to everything downtown. The house is nestled in pine trees and you can really enjoy that in the hot tub and with the big window in the living room.

01/27/2019Great value, centrally located, towels, linens, and pillows are all provided. Nice place for our family of four with two young kids - the spa was a hit!

01/19/2019Great place to stay and great location! This was my 2nd time staying here and I will most definitely stay again.

06/22/2017Property management was efficient and easy to work with. They even give you a bottle of wine when you check in. The location is nice, walking distance to a fantastic brewery and a great pizza place. The place was clean. My only suggestion would be some updates on the property, it is just very dated. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay and we would return.

04/18/2017This house is perfect. There were definitely enough cooking supplies provided, no need to worry about blankets or towels. Enough space for 4 adults and even a dog. I really liked that the garage is also an entrance to the house and backyard, so it's not necessary to use the front door where there are steps. The hot tub was amazing, just need to give it time to heat up and the backyard has plenty of space. The only thing I would suggest is to add an extra mirror in the bedrooms (for women) :) Other than that I can't complain about anything, I highly recommend this property.

03/15/2017Great place, backyard was awesome for grandkids in the snow. Lots of appliances. Everything we needed.

12/06/2016Great place! I have stayed with Lake Tahoe Accommodations several times now and it has been great every time. This cabin was warm and cozy but spacious as well. Up stairs bathroom is definitely for young kids only as it is very tiny. The back yard and hot tub were great. We took our 2 dogs and they loved the back yard. Will for sure stay here again in the future.

04/06/2016Loved the quaint setting, just enough room for all. I believe this was mentioned before, the only issue is the small half bath in the loft. Teens didn't seem to mind though. Perfect for family with little ones.
Al Aguilar - Sacramento, CA
03/30/2016House was very accommodating to what we needed, enjoyed spending time in the Jacuzzi, had everything we needed for staying a couple of days. Relaxing. Thx LTA.

07/27/2015Nice house. Was clean. Upstairs bathroom for very short people and the parking to me was only good for 2 cars not 3. If you park 2 in the garage it would be very tight but if you only have two cars no problem , for the price not bad.
Kevin - Santa Clara, CA
01/13/2015Really cool, had a fun time. No weird hidden charges on my account. I was even late returning the keys but they were understanding and gave no charge. also you get a complimentary bottle of wine when you show up. That was nice.

10/09/2014This has to be one of the, wait I mean the best experience I've had. The cabin was perfect with everything you could need. Beautiful surroundings, not far from anything and being able to relax in the hot tub was just icing on the cake. The staff is wonderful and provided the up most professional experience that any renter can experience.
Brent - Concord, CA
09/23/2014Perfect rental for our long weekend! The property has the perfect amount of cabin/rustic charm with ample space for a small group. The hot tub is small but nice and the backyard is pretty big. Good location too. The neighborhood seems to have more locals than rentals. Quiet overall. Houses next door are being fixed up so there was a little renovation noise. House was clean, stocked and had wi-fi and cable TV. Would definitely stay here again!
Jessica - Pleasanton, CA
09/21/2014We arrived to get our keys right at check in time. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. It took maybe 10-15 minutes to get everything signed and to get the keys. They also threw in an adorable goodie bag(tote bag) with a complimentary bottle of wine. Got to the cabin and it was even more adorable then the pictures and smelled like brand new carpet. I ended up staying in the upstairs loft area and if I get to go back would make sure I get a room with a door since there was not much privacy. But for kids it would be perfect. The bathroom upstairs is incredibly awkward and you can't even sit on the toilet straight because it is slanted and tiny but hey, it gets the job done. Lol. The hot tub was very small and a little slanted which made the water overflow but it worked and was very hot and soothing. The place was clean and cozy and I would absolutely recommend it for families. Next time I'll bring my kids!

08/27/2014The home was beautiful the hot tub was wonderful everything was clean and well supplied. The entire family had a wonderful visit. This includes the teenagers. Well done Lake Tahoe Accommodations.

08/25/2013I came with my husband for a 3-day anniversary getaway at the beginning of August. When we arrived, the people in the office at LTA were friendly and helpful to get our mini-vacation started. The cabin isn't walking distance to the water, but about a five-minute drive to the closest beach. We enjoyed the charm of the cabin, but had a few minor issues with cleanliness that we addressed with LTA. The hot tub was great, almost too hot to use during the day! It would be a good place to stay with another couple or for a family to use.

01/04/2013We visited this house this past Christmas for 5 days and we were very pleased with the location, size and accommodations. Pros: *Great location, approx. 10 minutes from stateline (casinos/restaurants) & Heavenly Ski Resort *Kitchen filled with essentials (pots/pans/spices) *Good size living room & dining area *Streets and driveway were plowed every morning *Garage large enough to fit our big SUV. Garage also had a few of the round snow sleds for the kids. *Dog friendly *Hot tub was warm, fair size and easy to use *House overall was very clean and tidy. *Bathroom/shower had excellent water pressure and temperature Cons *The upstairs bathroom for the loft area (has 2 twin size beds) is practically unusable because it is so small. *House is a little dated but nothing too significant. *Small (and only) TV in the living room. If you are going to host people, don't count on doing it around the TV We will definetly be back and we look forward to renting this house again next year.

01/30/2012My hubby and I rented this cabin for our honeymoon. While it wasn't super fancy or modern; we both loved how clean and quaint it was. It was really close to local attractions and it was awesome that we got to bring our dog with us! The neighborhood was really cute; my husband and I went on a walk every night. I would highly recommend this place!

08/11/2011Nice cabin, a bit cob webby but that added to the rustic feeling. Great hot tub. We would definitely go again!

03/15/2011This was a great retreat for our group. We loved the cozy ambiance. The eating and relaxing areas were big enough for everyone to participate in conversations and card games. The kitchen is stocked at the economy/moderate level, but accommodated us well. There is no coffee grinder, though, so bring your own. The rental is well stocked with blankets pillows, has a responsive heater, is equipped with a cd/mp3 player, has a nice division of space. Also, the upstairs bathroom is a riot, and the hot tub was divine! All in all, a perfect spot for our group! At this price, we will definitely rent it again.

03/14/2011Loved the place. It was our second visit. Water and heat were working great and towels, etc was well stocked. Location was good in that its a short drive off main drag, so they plowed it quickly....didn't want to leave.

02/12/2011The location was beautiful and quiet. The house was beautifully furnished and the agency was really helpful and polite. The hot tub was great!
Williamson Family - Thousand Oaks, CA
12/15/2010This was our first time to ever rent a vacation home and our first time in Tahoe. Both were great experiences! The house was within 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved taking walks. It was fabulous having a garage since we were there in the middle of a snow storm. The hot tub in the backyard was a super bonus we took full advantage of. The only thing we laughed about in the house was the upstairs bathroom in the loft is extremely tiny. Anyone over 4 ft. tall will have a hard time using the toilet. On a side note - the staff were always extremely helpful and informative throughout the process.
Tammy - Bay Area, CA
06/04/2010We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is older, but is very comfortable was very clean. The 1/2 bath in the loft is tiny. The yard was nice to have for our dog. However, a large dog that is not as well behaved would have no trouble breaking out of the old fencing. One should not consider leaving a dog in the yard unattended. We did not use the hot tub because it seemed more trouble than it was worth since you had to unlock and preheat it. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for the price.
JNM - Morgan Hill ,CA
02/04/2010Home was clean, comfortable and the location was good. 10 Minutes from Stateline and close to main road. Home is "lived in" but had everything we needed for an enjoyable short trip. Pets welcome and backyard is fenced and safe.
Garcia Five - Carson City, NV
08/05/2009The home was fully furnished and had all the amenities we needed (blankets, towels, pots, pans, etc). We fully enjoyed our stay and had no problems. The pet deposit was also returned to us in a timely manner (approx 10 days).
