Great property in Incline Village! It was very nice inside and had everything we needed. Super clean as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall the house itself was great. The location and the convenience was excellent. It was nice that you provided laundry pods for our stay! It would be nice to have a few more spices and a sheet pan for baking certain items. It really Sucked that pool was closed the entire stay (this was one of the main reasons we booked this place) because we had little kids that were dying to swim and not just be at the beach . We were not notified that the amenities were not available until we walked down to the pool and asked the property manager. The top bedding in the master bedroom was so gross and dirty ... I'll attach a photo. We rolled it up and shoved it under the chair in the room. We were not sure what it was but it was old , white and crusty. We rolled it up out of site and hoped it was not human fluids? There was also a ton of long white dog hair on it. Also there are a few nails on the floor that need to be fixed. The small bath downstairs along the bottom where the door is. And on the stairs. My husband sliced his heel open on one. I have photos of the bedding and his foot if you would like to show handyman or housekeeper.

Really great place at 3 min from Diamond Peak. The house was very clean, very cozy with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place!

The staff were friendly and attentive. Our unit was very nice, especially the living floor. We were missing any fans in the unit and staff delivered several that night due to heat index. In the morning we noticed there was no coffee maker. Again, the staff was attentive and ended up purchasing one and delivering so we would have it for the next morning. Location is good for Incline.

We loved this property! Everything has been freshly remodeled and most of the furniture appears new. It was clean and tasteful and stocked with anything we needed. Also, practically walking distance to Diamond Peak. Would definitely come back!!

Nice townhouse. Well equipped and in a great location. Beautifully decorated.

Condo was well maintained and cozy. Location was ideal for visiting the lake and local (open) restaurants. Nice that they allowed our well behaved pup to join us.

Beautifully remodeled end-unit condo in quiet complex just minutes from Diamond Peak. Unit is clean, thoughtfully well-stocked and comfortable with everything a traveling family would need (they even had spare dog bowls!). We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. The LTA staff were professional, readily available and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back soon.;

My family and I recently stayed at the property and were very happy with the place. Well stocked kitchen and linens, enough bath towels for everyone. Perfectly located, clean and quiet. Managment staff very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend the property and Lake Tahoe Accomodations with confidence.

My family enjoyed our vacation, found the home to be cozy and charming with the decor. Was nice to have access to the private beaches that were very close to the home. I plan to use Lake Tahoe Accommodations for future vacation rentals.

We enjoyed our stay in this townhome. The downstairs bathrooms are beautiful! The pool was very nice for the grandsons. Be aware of the stairs and the open area to the staircase on the 'living' floor. We took baby gates and a portable playpen that opens up to provide protection for our little ones.

My family had a great time staying in this property. We would definitely do it again.

Checking in a was a pleasure and the welcome gifts were a nice touch. The place was fantastic. Loved the rustic atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful place - enjoyed it so much - a real home away from home.

by Jessica T. 2012-08-01

This was an ideal property for my family with two kids, ages 3 and 6. The home was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool in the complex almost every day. The complex was quiet and I could not hear any road noise. We have tried several locations within Incline Village, and this is the property to which we will return. We even left a DVD at the property when we checked out, and LTA made sure to get it back to us.

We really enjoyed our whole experience with this rental property. It started with Tony getting us booked fast and easy for exactly what we needed. Once we arrived Martin helped us get settled even coming to the cabin to explain the heating system. The cabin had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great location for groceries, skiing and everything else Tahoe!

by Ian Chen 2016-01-19

First of all, this is such a beautiful and cozy condo; it has everything we need. It's so close to shopping and dining. The best part is that when we get into the condo, we saw the racks for hanging wet clothes next to the door and the heater is right under the racks, and then we could wear dry and warm jackets next morning. What a great design! Second, the agents of Lake Tahoe Accommodations are so friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend renting condos or vacation homes from them. They will find y

The place was great! Perfect for two families! We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. And the washer and dryer is a total plus. We were up there for a basketball tournament and it was great to be able to wash the girls uniforms between games.

by Holger Abel 2017-01-06

The cabin was beautiful and in very good condition. It was cozy (as needed during winter) and comfy. We would love to come again. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were warm and friendly! The cabin clean, organized, cozy, and the perfect fit for our family! We will definitely book this cabin again.

by Abel Holger 2017-09-27

Very well maintained accommodations with everything working in order. Thank you!

Immaculate condo. Receptive, extremely pleasant rental company. There were two issues that I really don't believe can be remedied: First, with the exception of Sand Harbor, there is no beach access to Incline Village beaches…they are private, for owners, only. Guests are not afforded the courtesy of having beach access. Secondly, the stairs in the condo are very steep, so if anyone has any issues with ambulation, it's difficult. We chose Incline because of the ready access to the Sand Harbor Shakespe

We really enjoyed our stay at unit #153. It was super comfortable and cozy, just what we wanted. We liked the decor and it was easy to get to as well. I think it needs a good cleaning in places like under the coaches and beds, ., as there was some dog hair/dust. Also, it doesn't get live TV channels for local news, as it's Live TV was through another service, so they were delayed re-broadcasts for place like the Bay Area and even Chicago, but we couldn't find the local ABC, CBS/. stations and news. The unit itself was great. Clean, comfortable and pretty much as described. The condo complex however, needs some love. The parking lot needs new striping, and the staircase from the parking lot needs repair.
