- House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties/events
- Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ with a valid photo ID, credit card, signed rental agreement, and VHR Good Neighbor Contract
- Compliance: Guests are subject to fines for noise, parking, or occupancy violations
