The Lakeview property is in a great location, right on the water. Views are breathtaking. Inside of the home is more rustic, may seem outdated to some. Some of the mattresses could use an upgrade, other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to tourist attractions and don't forget to go to Bert's Cafe for breakfast. Best biscuits n gravy!

Excellent property. Just went there for 2019 Thanksgiving and it was perfect for the 10 of us. Plenty of kitchen and living room space and the fireplace is amazing. The catwalk upstairs where the Air Hockey game is located proved to be very fun for the kids and the parents could see them at every moment. House was great. All the family loved the spacious rooms, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The backyard was great as well, nice hot tub, fencing for the puppies, and the view was to die for. Now if you could get the lake a little glassier, I would be there all the time, too choppy for my 20ft pleasure craft. Mornings and evenings were nice however. We will definitely be back.

My group of friends had an amazing time at this cabin for our ski weekend! The house was very comfortable for the 14 of us and we particularly loved the large open living room and spacious well-stocked kitchen. We were expecting the place to feel a bit outdated but it was much nicer than we expected and very clean--we were pleasantly surprised! This is a beautiful place with tons of space in a gorgeous and convenient location for the summer. Incredible views as the photos show. 15 minute walk to Safeway and some restaurants. However, for what we paid, the interior was a little bit dated. Also, the photos don't show that dock access requires either walking through the water along the shore or climbing down a very steep slope. This was intimidating for some of our guests but we all were able to enjoy the dock with some effort.

This home is great for large groups. The house was clean and very well supplied in all respects. The kitchen has anything and everything a gourmet cook would want or need. Much time is spent in the kitchen/diining room area with the big table, bar stools and counters, a great gathering spot. I would higly recommend the property. It's the perfect setting for a beautiful vacation. Conveniently located right on the Lake, you won't have to drive far to go anywhere around Tahoe. Casinos, golf courses, shops, the Lake (of course), hiking trails, and more are all a stone's throw away. This rental was great. Very clean, welcoming, amazing views, and close to many amenities as well as Heavenly ski resort. You really can't beat the location. Check in/out and communication was easy. I will note that the beds seemed small for queens, we felt like they were fulls. In addition, it snowed prior to our stay and no path was shoveled from the home to the hot tub or the grill. Location Location Location made this property awesome! Summer to be outside on the lake it was fabulous! The house could use some TLC, carpet old, couches old and torn. But we just put covers over the couches and enjoyed being outside on the large deck and at the waterfront! It was beautiful! Couldn't ask for a better place. We will rent again! Location Location Location! It was perfect for a summer rent!

House was great,over all, but need to update exterior lake pictures, water is very low and pictures can be misleading. Great kitchen, we had the whole family in and around prepping and cooking, well stocked with every appliance and utensils. Good location, walking distance to parks, shops and eateries. Downstairs guest bathroom a little too dark, needs maybe lighter paint and better lighting, but other baths were larger and lighter.
