Loved the front porch and backyard and hot tub! Kitchen was great! Had everything we needed! Our dog loved the backyard and our walks to Reagan Beach. Negatives were the noisy beds. Every turn, the mattresses made noises. Both up and downstairs. Also, the carpet downstairs definitely has pee stains, especially near the recliner chair. Smells like urine when i bent down to tie my shoes. Also, the TV never worked for us. Had to put in a work order for it. That was a big bummer with the World Cup being on. But overall, the house was great! Thank you!

We had a great time staying here the week before Thanksgiving. The fridge was big enough to accommodate 5 adults and many meals. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and other necessities. Our dog loved the big back yard that was fenced in, and we enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub at night. It's a great location that's a short walk away from the lake and close to plenty of restaurants. We stayed a few days at this rental & absolutely loved it. The cabin is fairly on the smaller size but it perfectly accommodated 5 of us and 2 of our dogs. The location is ideal as it's in a quiet neighborhood and a few blocks away from the beach and only about a 15 minute drive to Emerald Bay and many more beautiful beaches/trails. Checking in and out was a piece of cake. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We even got a bottle of wine!! This cabin is cozy and has it all. Although it's a little outdated it worked out. The upstairs bed definitely needs to be replaced. It was very noisy and any move you made, the squeaky noise woke you up and the ones in the bedroom right below. Having laundry on site was also a plus. No need to take dirty laundry back home! Cooking felt like at home. Everything in the kitchen was easy to locate.

My adult kids joined me for an annual family get together, this year in South Lake Tahoe. This cabin is in one of my favorite South Lake Tahoe neighborhoods. Although dated and small, this cabin offered plenty of charm and amenities to provide a comfortable stay for the 6 of us. This property accommodated our group MUCH better than we expected. The master bedroom with the king bed was upstairs next to the loft bedroom with the bunk beds, with a nice bathroom in between. Our young daughter got to sleep close to her parents, so we were all happy on that account. Our teenage nephew came with us, so he had the downstairs queen-sized bed bedroom with a bathroom next to it, so he got his privacy. Perfect house for our weekend getaway. We took advantage of a sports free weekend with our teens and let them each bring a friend. Kids liked being able to walk to the beach and shops and of course, the hot tub. The trails and the meadow were really pretty. Booking online was easy, checking in at the office was convenient. One of the bedrooms is a loft, but it worked for us, just wanted to let others know.

We stayed in this rental at the end of July and had a great time. It is very well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, . Everything was in working order. Nice backyard with hot tub and pet friendly! Ample supply of paper products. Check in process was easy, and the bottle of wine was nice!
