- Queen Bedroom: Cozy and inviting with warm, rustic décor.
- Bunk Room: Two bunk beds, perfect for kids or group stays.
- Private Hot Tub: Relax and unwind beneath the stars after a day on the slopes or trails.
- Spacious Patio: Large side patio perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the fresh mountain air.

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (children 5 and under are not counted toward occupancy).
- Maximum Vehicles: 4 total (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway).
- No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
- No Parties or Events: Gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the home.
- Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM; strictly enforced.
