Regan Beach

This is a great beach for anyone staying in the Regan Beach or Bijou neighborhoods of South Lake Tahoe. There are actually two public beaches in this area. The actual "Regan Beach" is located in the middle of the neighborhood, and "Lakeview Commons" beach is located just a few blocks away on the east side of the neighborhood. There's public parking in the area, and both beaches are easily accessed from the paved South Tahoe walking/biking trail, which makes them convenient for anyone staying in a South Lake Tahoe vacation rental. Regan Beach has a great variety of nice shops and restaurants, and the beaches are in park like settings with a grassy areas, playgrounds, sand volleyball courts, and clean restrooms.
