Kingswood Village Community

Kingswood Village offers a variety of fully furnished vacation rentals in a beautiful wooded setting of North Lake Tahoe. There are three different types vacation rentals in Kingswood Village: a 1-bedroom with a loft which sleeps up to six, a 2-bedroom with a loft that sleeps up to eight, and a 3-bedroom with a loft that comfortably sleeps ten. All the properties, regardless of size, have three levels. When you walk in, you’ll be on the bottom level, which is where the laundry facilities and bedrooms and a bathroom will be. You’ll then walk up a flight of stairs which will lead you to the middle level, which hosts the kitchen, living room, balcony, dining room, a bedroom, and another bathroom. Each property has a gas or wood-burning fireplace on this level. Up above is the loft, a cute and comfortable area with beds and a TV.

Kingswood Village is a well maintained complex with beautiful landscaped grounds. During the summer (late May - early September), there is an outdoor community swimming pool. The homeowners association usually has a ping pong table available near the pool and bbq grills nearby. There are also summer tennis courts and basketball, and a year-round indoor workout facility with nice equipment.
