- Spacious and Cozy Layout: This true Tahoe-style home is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. It has easy access with only five steps to the entrance. Inside, the two-level townhome has all the bedrooms conveniently located downstairs. One bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, while two additional bedrooms have queen-size beds. There are two bathrooms to accommodate guests comfortably.
- Open Living Space: The upstairs features an open living room, kitchen, and dining area. Relax with a movie or cozy up to the fireplace in the living area, which is nicely furnished with a knotty pine interior. The upstairs deck offers beautiful views of the Tahoe pines, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Large windows throughout the home create a light and airy atmosphere.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. There’s also a BBQ outside, and plenty of dining space for everyone to enjoy meals together.
- Winter Requirements: Four-wheel drive, chains, or snow tires are required during winter months.
- Community Rules: The pool area, including the community hot tub and indoor play areas, is limited to six guests at a time.
- Parking: A maximum of two cars is allowed in the parking lot.
