- Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM, strictly enforced
- The guest responsible must be 25+ and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.
- The elevator is currently NOT working. Guests should be prepared to use 3–4 flights of stairs to reach the unit.
- Elevator maintenance may take place during normal work hours, and occasional noise from repairs may be heard.
