Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
Great condo for summer and winter...but it is truly a skier's delight...Just across the street from Heavenly Valley's Stagecoach Ski Lift. Assigned covered parking with an elevator to your floor makes it very convenient to get into the condo and enjoy sitting by the fireplace or relaxing in the master bath jacuzzi tub. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed provide enough beds for 6 people. A full kitchen and washer and dryer will offer you the conveniences of home. If you are visiting in the summer, the Tahoe Rim Trail trailhead is located near the chairlift. A short walk down the road will take you to Tramway Market and the Fox and Hound Bar and Grill.
Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.
