- Max Occupancy: 8 guests (children under 13 do not count toward occupancy)
- Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway). No street parking permitted.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
- Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID, credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a signed VHR Good Neighbor Contract.
- House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.
- Compliance: Guests may be fined for noise violations or exceeding occupancy/parking limits.
