For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only (entryways, driveway, and trash). They do not record any activity inside the home, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

  • Max Occupancy: 8 guests (Children under 13 do not count toward the occupancy limit)
  • Parking: 2 cars in driveway (no street parking)
  • Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
  • Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21 or over with a valid photo ID, a credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a signed VHR good neighbor contract
  • Compliance: Guests may be fined for exceeding occupancy, parking limits, or noise violations
Winter Travel Advisory
During snowstorms, chains or 4WD may be required. Refunds are not issued for weather delays or early departures; trip insurance is strongly recommended.
