Fantastic Home! - Peterborough

This home was perfect for my kids and me! Great locale to be able to ski any of the Tahoe areas. Super clean. Well equipped bedrooms, kitchen, etc. The Hot tub was an amazing amenity. The driveway was plowed for us after the all the record breaking storms we had. Lake Tahoe accomodations was super friendly and offered a very nice welcome bag of goodies at check in. We would stay here again!!!

Party of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We all fit comfortably. The spa was pre-warmed and ready for use upon our arrival. We played a few card and board games while also running the tv in the background. All the beds were comfortable. We didn’t use it but it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the cabin/house. We were able to cook huge dinners in the kitchen which was stocked with all the cooking and cleaning supplies we needed. Plenty of tea, sugar and spices. Clean Tahoe water on tap. Beautiful area close to lots of hiking trails. There was a kayak and plenty of sleds in the garage for use. We are definitely coming back to rent again.

We loved staying in this home. The location was away from the crowds yet it was still very easy to get to our activities. It was quiet and we heard no noise except for lovely birdsong. Our family of 6 had plenty of space, we loved the hot tub and would definitely return. That said, there are small repairs and some TLC needed. None of this detracted from our stay.

Cabin was in a perfect location to what we needed. Getting the keys was easy as was returning them and the property management was very friendly. Place was well stocked with bedding items, pillows, and towels. Kitchen was stocked enough for what we needed. Cabin felt comfortable. Spa was great! Great place for our family to stay together. Hope to come again soon.

Property was comfortable, plenty of space for a family of 5 and close to town but far enough away for peace and quiet. My family enjoyed the hot tub, but there were several things in the house that needed repairs or were dated. Nothing that affected our stay and property mgmt company was quick to respond to all issues. Loved having the washer and dryer. Showers were great. One thing to note this property does NOT have A/C. Most times this would not be an issue but we were there during an extremely HOT spell in August. Fans were provided which helped quite a bit. Close to restaurants in South Lake and great hiking around Vikingsholm! Loved our stay!!

Great Cabin! Would definitely stay here again! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. We loved the hot tub and steam shower after a long day at the slopes. It was so nice that we were close to Heavenly mountain, restaurants, and grocery stores. Amazing trip! Can’t wait to go back.

This house was much more than what I anticipated, it was very clean, well stocked with appropriate amenities, comfortable, and in a great location. I appreciated the clean and quiet neighborhood, but it was a little off the beaten path, to the point that it was difficult to get a pizza joint to deliver a pie. If one is willing to drive about 15 minutes, the world is open on where to eat. The customer service from this rental company was far and above anything that I have experienced with rental companies before. The expectations of the renter was clear and concise and what was required in check out was far less than I have ever experienced before. South Shore was fifteen minutes away and Sierra at Tahoe was 20 minutes away. I will definitely go with the company and this rental again. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience.

It was better than our cabin from last year. The staff that checks you in are super friendly! Very informative also. The house itself is way nice. Flat screen TV, Comcast cable to watch the football game. The house always has hot water! It's pretty much worth it.

The property we stayed at was perfect. Everything was clean and in great shape when we arrived. Our 3 days spent there were so relaxing. It was great to sit outside in the hot tub and watch the snow come down, and then head back inside to warm by the fire. We hope to make this an annual event for our family.

This is a very nice house. It is in between downtown and Sierra at Tahoe which made it very convenient. I would definitely go back to this house.

It was wonderful home for three families together. Everything was set and home was clean. Kids enjoyed together. The only comment I have was usually vacation homes have bunk beds for kids where kids can sleep together, this home didn't have that in kids bedroom rather it had two twin beds. Other than that it had variety of toys which kids enjoyed playing which we never heard before. Overall a great rating for this home.

This was our first time to rent a home in Lake Tahoe. We were initially worried (as any new people would do) about renting. We were 10 people rented COH1085. It was a wonderful home and accommodation. Property people were so helpful and made our stay so pleasant. Thank you! We will sure return to this home once again.
