Timber View Lodge
The Timber View Lodge is a spectacular home with beautiful lake views! Built in 2001 this immaculate home boasts an enormous kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, gas burner and grill! New keyless door code entry that gives ease to your stay. The living room has a 63' DLP/HD/TV, large rock, wood burning fireplace, and views from several windows. The master suite is equally wonderful with a large master bathroom and large soaking bathtub. Downstairs are the three other bedrooms and a gorgeous family room with 40' HD/TV. Several decks look out over the woods and Lake Tahoe! Keyless entry makes makes access a breeze. This wonderful home is perfect any time of the year. Only 5 miles to Northstar Ski Resort and only a few minutes to beaches and casinos.
Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card and signed rental agreement before occupancy. No pets allowed.

01/28/2022We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Tahoe retreat. The house was very spacious and welcoming. It was very close to Northstar ski resort, which was a plus. I would definitely stay again.

08/14/2020Perfect size home for large family. Upscale kitchen for cooking for a big group, which we did a lot cause of COVID. Nice kitchen appliances. Loved the views and beautifully decorated. Location is perfect for going to King’s beach and grocery store. Neighborhood was well kept up and nice for walking. Now for the not so good... Hot tub was disappointing. We couldn’t get the temperature to get hot enough, was lukewarm, only one jet worked, and water level was too low to enjoy. We had difficulty figuring out the tv remotes and could only watch satellite dish channels. I could see icons for amazon prime, Netflix, etc, but we couldn’t figure out how to access them. There was no instructions on tv options. Not such a bid deal until we learned Dish is not for us. We were trying to watch a PG-13 movie and the ads that kept coming up were not family friendly.

12/18/2014This cabin is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view! Kitchen was fully loaded - minus the food of course :) We had such a great experience. The agency was very friendly, called and texted us to make sure we got in okay. Answered all my questions- even sent us video via text to show us how to use the lock box!!! 03/10/2014The house was lovely and in a great location 10 minutes from Northstar. The view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains from the living room and kitchen is gorgeous. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need except food in the fridge (luckily Safeway is only 10 minutes away). Our family of 7 enjoyed the house very much and would recommend to other families looking to spend time in North Lake Tahoe.

I would definitely recommend this house, and would certainly consider renting it again in the future. The one minor downside is the distance of this house to the management office in Tahoe City (where you pick up and drop off the keys), but even that was minor.

If you're a walker, this neighborhood is ideal - street or trail. The only missing item - a hot tub. Rumor has it one is on the way. Maybe it will be there the next time we go.

The only minor annoyance (to be expected maybe with a cabin as luxurious as this one) is that we had to pick the key from the office. They were however very accommodating since we arrived really late as most people driving from the Bay Area do. I highly recommend it.
