This one-of-a-kind rental is the place to be this summer with wonderful views of Fallen Leaf Lake, beautiful BBQ deck, 2200 square feet of living space, and guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The home is actually 2 homes separated by a breezeway, access is easy to either portion, just a few feet from door to door. The main house is 3 levels with the large great room and remodeled kitchen and living room along with the beautiful private deck, upstairs is the master bedroom loft area with a private bathroom and VIEWS! Downstairs is the family room/kids bedroom with 4 single beds (2 singles with 2 trundle beds) large screen "Smart" TV, lots of games and movies! There is also a half bath on this level. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. The queen room has a gas fireplace and a private bathroom, upstairs has 2 singles also with a private bath. Once you get to this home and the fridge is stocked and you are settled, plan on just staying because there is no reason to leave!

Occupancy is limited during quiet hours.
