01/21/2022Clean, comfortable and ascetical. Responsiveness via the app and text was impeccable. Property and the management company were fabulous. 10 of us family and friends had a great time. We made and had breakfast and dinner everyday. Drive to Heavenly Village was roughly 10 mins and to Kirkwood was 40 mins. Highly recommend the property for your next vacation in South Lake Tahoe.

03/11/2021Amazing property! Just what we needed for our family gathering. There was more than enough space for sleeping, eating, entertainment, and snow play! Entire house was very clean and had plenty of toilet paper, towels, blankets, pillows etc. Pool table, jacuzzi, and game room was a plus! Will definitely book this home again in the future!

It was perfectly located for us to get to and from town throughout or stay!! I would book this house again no question when returning to South Lake Tahoe!

08/23/2016Loved the place for reunion of our family-adult kids and grandkids from all over the world. Home is large and very well suited. Our people came went during the week, but comfortably had 14 at one point. We called because of problem getting on internet, maintenance promptly came over and found router to reboot. Numerous tv's, ping pong, pool table, jacuzzi, poker room all kept us busy when we were not out having fun around beautiful Tahoe. Wifi is slow. Very spacious place. Would repeat, highly recommend.

07/21/2015We had a house full of guests, from all over the country! The house is amazing - quiet, roomy and very comfortable. Beautifully furnished and decorated, and in a nice neighborhood. Note that it is not within walking distance to the Lake, but that was not on our requirement list. The rental agents were very nice and helpful. I would be happy to rent the same place again!

There is plenty of entertainment here, between the hot tub, pool table, card table and several TVs throughout the home, we were never bored. In addition you are only minutes to the Casinos and the Lake. Loved the huge kitchen and the view of the Lake from the balcony. The home was perfect for our needs and very relaxing. We will be back!!

As nice as the pictures are, they just don't do this house justice-its really that nice. Very close to downtown, skiing, casinos, etc. This property is kept how you'd expect and makes vacationing here fun and relaxing. We'll be staying here again and again!

The only negatives were a slab of ribs left in the garage fridge from a previous guest (the property management team sent a representative over quickly to remove - problem solved) and a broken arm on a chair in the poker room. Everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this house and this management company. Thanks for a great weekend!! We will return to this special home.
