The house was lovely and any issues that we reported were taken care of quickly and resolved in a way that clearly cared about our happiness. In general I feel like the property description is pretty accurate, I thought I remembered reading something about accessing the meadow across the way but we couldn't figure that out. It's possible I misremembered though. The location was close to the main part of town and the drive to hikes and restaurants was pretty short. It isn't walkable to any activities but that was fine by us in the cold weather. One thing that I don't think is fixable but people should be aware of, the first floor bedroom (the two single beds) gets REALLY hot. Our kids were sleeping in that room and when we would go in at night it was sweltering in there. The heater isn't great for the house in general, parts of the house were too hot while other parts were too cold. Again, not an easy fix but something to be aware of. Bring a comfy pair of slippers and get under a blanket and all will be good.

Awesome house, awesome location, we had such a great time! The amenities and ease of booking was great as well. We can't wait to come back to enjoy everything Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Very large and spacious house, if you are looking for a spacious place the house is perfect for large families and children this retreat from the city 10 minutes away the very quiet area and the company staff are very friendly and attentive

Very lovely and spacious cabin in a great neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. The cabin made our trip that much better! Check in and out was quick and lovely! Very happy to have booked through guys! Will be doing so again in the future!

We have stayed at this house several times and every time our experience was great! The house is centrally located -- easy to get to the ski resorts, casinos/downtown and grocery stores. The home is spacious accommodating a large family. The kitchen has all the basic essentials that you need. Highly recommend this home. The property management company is very responsive to any issues you may encounter and even provide recommendations on places to go. Highly recommend this home -- it will be your home away from home!!!!

We had a very nice stay in this home for a 2 nights in July. We were able to comfortably fit 8 -10 friends & family members here, as we were here for a wedding which took place on the beach. The bride dressed & hair & make-up done in the large master bedroom & bath . Kids enjoyed playing goose-ball & all enjoyed the nice, separated living room, & large dining room table. Kitchen is very nice as well. The house has a great floor plan & feels very roomy. It is in a good & quiet area with no houses in front since its across the street from a marsh. Overall we loved it.

This is one of the best vacation ever. We fell in love with the property as soon as we arrived. Kids were not willing to leave this place, they did not want to go to their owns homes. Staff was very friendly and they care of us.

The staff was really nice even when we came to the check in office almost at the time of midnight. They were still there to help and also able to give us directions. The house was in a quiet location. It was also nice and close to usual tourist locations. This is the first time we have rented this house but we will definitely come again.

Very impressive, we have booked this house for the Labor Day weekend and overall it was a great choice. Only concern was it listed as 5 bedrooms but the house only has 4 bedrooms. They provided extra beds and there was a sofa bed in hall. It was little disappointment when we expected 5 and only found 4 bedrooms but over all the house was very spacious and comfortable. It had enough utilities for cooking, washing etc etc.. which was a big plus. SPA was good and very enjoyable. Parking was also pretty good as it provided 4 car parking. Very quiet location too. I would definitely consider using the Lake Tahoe Accommodations again and also this property :-)

Nice & quiet location but a 5 minute drive to all the South Shore action! Hubby golfed close by and loved the course. Will absolutely ask for this property again.

Our group of friends has stayed in this house twice: once pre-kids and once with kids. We love it and plan to use it in the future, provided our group doesn't get too big for the house! The house is comfortable and the kitchen is reasonably well-stocked.

We had a great experience with this rental property. The house was big, clean and well-maintained. We really liked the big living room, the long dining table that could easily accommodate 10 people, and the wireless internet. It was easy to get to, right off of Pioneer Trail, a few miles from Highway 50. A few minutes driving down Pioneer Trail and you'll get to Heavenly and the casinos. We've rented several properties managed by Lake Tahoe Accommodations. The customer service is over the top. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to South Lake Tahoe.

Customer service was very good. Our first choice did not work out when we got there because of too many stairs (not appropriate for older people). Upon request, we were gladly accommodated to another location (HCH1306) and we were very satisfied. The home was well maintained and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The kids enjoyed the backyard playing in the snow while the adults could keep an eye on them from the inside while watching a movie.
