Ski Resort Information

This year several of our local Ski Resorts are requiring advanced reservations for access to the slopes.  It also might be a little more difficult to rent your equipment on the mountain.  Please visit our resource page for information on specific resorts and rental options.

General Covid Info

Masks are required to enter California and Nevada businesses including Retail, Restaurants and Grocery Stores.  Please be kind and practice social distancing.

Condo and HOA pools and hot tubs are mostly closed to the public until 2021.

Our staff will do our best to inform you of what is open and what restrictions are active.  We will not take responsibility for any public or private businesses or recreation areas being open or closed.  Please contact the specific business or county to inquire about specific regulations. 

***We will not be issuing credits or refunds for denial of access as these closures are out of our control.***


Cancellation Policy

Existing Reservations

We have modified our cancellation policy to be flexible to guests effected by Covid-19.  If there is a Shelter in Place Order in effect and you are not allowed to travel, we can postpone your dates, hold your deposit for a future stay, or cancel for a full refund minus the booking fee.

If you book for a stay anytime during 2020-21, Shelter in Place Directives are in place, and you are not allowed to travel, we can postpone your dates, hold your deposit for a future stay, or cancel for a full refund minus the booking fee.


Safety/Cleaning Procedures

The safety of our guests, employees and community is very important to us.  We are following CDC guidelines when it comes to social distancing and check-in procedures and public interaction.  We ask that only one member of your family comes into our office when picking up the key, and masks are mandatory.

We have always had the highest standards of cleaning for our properties.  We have been keeping updated on the CDC guidelines for preparing your property so your family can relax and know that you are in a safe environment.  Our housekeepers are using PPE while preparing your property for occupancy and they are using CDC approved cleaning products.  As founding members of the Vacation Rental Managers Association, we have been networking with other Vacation Rental Professionals to ensure the safety and cleanliness for our vacation rental guests.  

We ask for your patience when it comes to check in time.  We are paying the highest attention to detail and it may take a little longer.  Our goal is 4pm.  If your property is ready earlier we will allow early access.  If it's not, we appreciate your patience.  As always, if you would like a later check out, please contact our office the morning of departure.  As long as we don't have other guests arriving the same day, we will provide a complimentary 12pm check out.  


Other Info

As local supplies cannot be guaranteed, we suggest that guests bring hand sanitizers, disinfecting wipes, paper products, and any other items that might not be available in a mountain town that has been under Shelter in Place guidelines for several months.

While grocery stores are open, we suggest you bring the majority of your food supplies as well, and don't shop in large groups.  Facemasks are required for your family if you intend to visit the grocery store or any other retail stores that might be open.

Our friendly staff will provide you with recommendations of great local restaurants that provide delivery, outdoor dining or curbside pick up.
