It's a large beautiful and very comfortable property. Well equipped for big parties. Every one of us enjoyed it fully. Highly recommend it!

We rented this house primarily for the dog friendly ability, and was pleasantly surprised with our overall experience. We were skeptical of the Monsard architecture, and it is a little dark in a heavily forested area, and it is definitely more of a home than a cabin in feel, but it has a fenced back yard and nicely landscaped front yard, and the house has nice living areas and bedrooms in a little dated decor. Lots of close neighbors, but only occasional sounds of glee were heard. just a sticky screen door and a broken range hood were the only negative details. Management people were very nice and helpful. HOA key wasn't given to us upon arrival, but they delivered it upon notification. HOA amenities are great in Dollar Point. Overall experience was good.

Very nice home with lovely deck and yard. It was quite well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable in all respects.

We had a great week in this house. It was clean and well maintained, lots of room for our 2 families of 4. The hot tub and back yard deck were awesome as well as the private beach and dock for the development. The swimming pool was not open very often, but everything else was great!

Great, beautiful home - perfect for having a large group of 8-10 there. Outside deck is nice and spacious, and great for BBQ's! The jacuzzi tub is wonderful as well. There are plenty of beds & bathrooms which was perfect for our number. The house is a bit far from the beach however. It's definitely too far to walk, unless you're into hauling your beach gear on a hike. I would recommend driving, and get directions from the office beforehand. :) Driving was not an inconvenience, however, so that shouldn't deter you from this house. Would recommend this place to my friends, and would stay here again.

This is a great company to rent with, the staff was available and helpful . We were very comfortable with two families in this house. There is a room downstairs where our three teenage boys were happily entertained electronically, thus leaving the living area to the rest of us. The location is excellent, easy access to shops, restaurants and skiing. While the decor is a little old-fashioned we would be happy to stay there again.
